  We had a bad situation with the original installer of our metal roof being totally non-responsive, and effectively not honoring the "life-time warranty"...as water leaked into our home. Since the repair was a smaller job (5 panels), I literally couldn't find a single roofer willing to show up and help me address the issue. Zilker Roofing was the 3rd or 4th company I called, after two other companies had led me on for months making weekly promises but never coming through...and then ultimately ghosting me. Needless to say, after dealing with (or attempting to deal with) four different roofing companies, I wish had gone with Zilker Roofing on the original install. They did what they said they would do, communicated clearly, and addressed the few little hiccups we encountered in a fair and honest manner. Sadly, these attributes seem to be rare in the roofing industry. Please learn from my mistakes....and go with Zilker Roofing from the start!!

  I had a great experience with Zilker Roofing. After a small hiccup when the person originally working on my project left the company, Tyler and William quickly jumped on it and made it happen. The crew was polite, professional, hard-working and fast. Tyler is very knowledgeable and personable and stayed on top of things. They did a great job and cleaned up my yard completely when they finished - all for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend using Zilker for your roof replacement.

  Great experience with Tyler and Zilker Roofing. Tyler personally came out to inspect an issue with the flashing around my chimney, quickly identified what needed to be addressed, and explained everything clearly. Within a few days, he had someone out to complete the repair. The whole process was quick, easy, and professional. Knowledgeable, responsive, and straightforward. I’d definitely recommend Zilker Roofing.
