  Asked for a quote last year. We went with another roofing company because Ja-Mar was one of the highest quotes we received. Since then we constantly receive text messages from them asking if we want any work done. We’ve asked them to stop multiple times.

  My wife and I had to clean a bag full of singles from neighbor's yard. They had to come back because of raised shingles. First rain and roof leaked.

  While their workmanship may be commendable, their customer service and professionalism is not. They will not respect your home or your time. They did not keep our condo complex with 32 residents clean or safe throughout the project. They end their workdays at 9 pm (for a total of almost 14 hours of banging on your roof) and leave nails in your parking lots. Their foreman, Johnny, is completely disrespectful and will ruin a relationship over a 5-minute clean-up request. (photos of the nails and trash we had to clean up ourselves)

  I called in October to have two roofs inspected for our company, I was advised someone would reach out to me to schedule a inspection. I waited two weeks and never heard from anyone. I then reached out to see why no one had reached out and the rep they assigned me too was out on leave. Although frustrated, as to why I was never called and told this, I was then assigned a new rep to go inspect the roof. Finally, on 11/16/2021 the roofing inspector reached out to tell me he would inspect the roofs on Monday 11/22/2021 and would provide me quotes. After not receiving them, I called and texted him to see what the status was. He advised me he sent the quotes but would not provide me where he sent them. I gave him my email and requested him to send them to me. He let me know he would send them to me that day again. On Wednesday 11/23/2021 I reached out via text and phone call to see why they were not sent, never received a reply. I then again called and texted on Friday 11/26/2021 ….still have yet to hear back from anyone. I called and left a voicemail/ also email the company on 11/29/2021... still no call or email from anyone and its now 11/30/2021. I wasted a month on a company that was unprofessional and I would not recommend them to any company or person for any roofing projects . It would have been best to go with another company as soon as the first problem arose but I figured I would give them a second chance... they stilled proved me right. We will never use them now or going forward.

  One month later send there guy over to my property and he vandalism my chicken coop. And did not do any work. Took my money. Stay away from this co. Unprofessional.☹️

  The Rep said he would come to my residence, gave me a date but didn't show up. 1st Capital Roofing did show up an did an Outstanding Job!

On top of that, our offices flooded and we were under construction for a couple of weeks as well. I assure you, your experience was not typical of how we do business.   I was very pleased with all of my interactions with Cruz, who was with me from the first contact through the final inspection. He answered my questions and explained my options. He was available from start to finish and is a great communicator. He and his team are keen on the details. Oh, and yes, I am thrilled with my new roof.

  These guys are fantastic. Highly recommend. From start to finish, super professional, easy to work with and helped me worked with insurance. I wish all interactions with contractors were like this. This is the second time they've done roofing for me in 20 years. Even happier this the me round than I was last time.

  Matt was great in coordinating and working with on project. Work was slow and took too long to finish. Happy with final product, but had too much follow-up to get job completed.

  I need a roof repair following a lightening strike. Ja-Mar gave me a reasonable quote on a Saturday and did the the repair on the Monday.

Our Central Texas roofing team was recently called to the Llano County Courthouse for an emergency roof repair after water began leaking directly over the jury box during court. The historic roof required both slate tile replacement and copper repairs. What was expected to be a 3–4 day project was completed in just 2 days.
