Contact and corrections

team@roofwarden.com

Write to us about anything wrong on this site: an incorrect detail, a business confused with another, a closed business, a duplicate profile, or a request to be removed from the directory altogether. There is no form, no account, and no charge.

If you own a listed business

For roofing businesses sets out exactly what we will change and what we won’t. The short version: we will fix any factual error and we will remove your listing on request, but we will not remove accurate reviews or adjust your rating breakdown.

If you are a homeowner

We cannot mediate a dispute with a contractor, recommend one, or tell you whether a quote is fair — we hold no information beyond what is on the profiles. For a complaint about work done, your state or provincial licensing body is the right place. If a profile has led you astray, we do want to hear about it.

Privacy and removal

If your name appears in review text on this site and you want it gone, write to us and we will remove it. See our privacy page for what we hold and how to have it deleted.
