Terms of use

By using Roof Warden you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What this site is

Roof Warden is an independent directory of roofing contractors in the United States and Canada, compiled from public Google business listings. It is provided for general information. It is not advice, a recommendation, an endorsement, or a warranty about any business listed.

Accuracy

The information here is a snapshot taken on the date shown on each profile and is provided “as is”. Businesses change, close, and correct their own listings; ratings move daily. We make no guarantee that any figure here is current or complete, and how we read reviews sets out the known limits of the data in detail.

Review text is written by third parties and reflects their opinions and experiences, not ours. Publishing a review is not an endorsement of what it says.

No verification of credentials

We do not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation coverage, and nothing on this site should be treated as though we had. Statements a business makes on its own website are reproduced as quotations and are not checked. Before engaging any contractor, verify their credentials directly with them and with the relevant licensing authority.

Your use of the site

You may read, link to and quote reasonable extracts with attribution. You may not scrape or bulk-copy the directory, republish it as a dataset, or use it to build a competing listing service. You may not use the site to harass a listed business or an identified reviewer.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site — including any decision to engage or not engage a contractor listed here. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under consumer protection law.

Businesses listed

If you operate a business listed here, see for roofing businesses. We will correct factual errors and remove a listing on request, free of charge. We will not remove accurate review data because it is unflattering.
