These guys are awesome!! Thorough with their inspection of the roof. They noticed not only roof damage but soft metal damage to my vents and gutters as well as hail damage to our siding that previous roofers missed. Thanks to their thorough inspection of the house and ability to work with our pain in the butt insurance, we were able to get our roof, gutters and exterior repaired under the same claim! I highly recommend giving Cool Roofs a call for any of your roofing needs!!

Taking the time to look at the bigger picture, communicate clearly, and advocate for our customers is something we take great pride in. Thank you for trusting Cool Roofs and for the strong recommendation! We truly appreciate your support and are always here when you need us.

Im 74, and have no idea about how to handle all the leagle problems that happen owning a home. Kris with Cool Roof navigated the process and in less than a week. Estimate to tearoff and install. Kris went to the bank with me to field any questions, Tearoff and new roof happened in 1 day. Im not kidding one day. No trash in the yard. All the workmen were polite. They felt more like nephews than strangers. I completely trust them. In fact a competing roofer came by and stole my identity, THEN TRIED TO TAKE A LOAN. Kris even helped me navigate through that problem.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It means so much to hear that Kris was able to make what can be an overwhelming process feel simple and manageable. Taking the time to guide you through every step, answer questions, and even accompany you to the bank is the kind of customer care we strive to provide. We’re also glad the installation was completed so efficiently and that the crew treated your home with respect, leaving everything clean when the job was finished. Hearing that they felt more like family than strangers is one of the highest compliments we could receive. We truly appreciate your kind words and are always here if you need us in the future.
