  I’ve tried reaching out to you but can’t seem to get a response. The work that we said we would do is done on replacing the shingles and resealing the pipe boots and fasteners. I apologize for originally leaving a shingle behind and having to go back out to pick it up. I’ve looked in to your text and emails exchanged with my project manager and can’t find anything unusual. In the emails I can see where he did send the one email with ten completed photos. Please reach out to me directly so I can try to clear up any concerns. I’m happy to go out and review everything myself in person whenever you’re available. Thx, Brad

  This company owns a duplex on Ceberry Drive in northwest Austin. They are terrible neighbors. They constantly park multiple large commercial vehicles on residential streets. And they constantly park in their driveway, blocking the sidewalk. They just don't care, despite receiving numerous parking tickets from the city. Why can't they park their eyesores at their place of business? Don't use them. Arrogance and selfishness should not be rewarded. Update in response to the company's reply: The owner of this company (Brad Farr) owns the duplex in question. These employees have been ticketed repeatedly during the last 1+ years for illegally parking this company's vehicles. How do I know that? The city has told me directly. Update #2: Early this morning, THREE of your company's vehicles were parked at the duplex: two giant cargo vans and one pickup. You'll be hearing from the police. Update #3: This company is still illegally parking its huge vehicles on a residential street with no regard for the residents living nearby. Arrogance and selfishness are what this company is about. Why can't they park their vehicles at their place of business?? Update #4: This duplex is the only one on Ceberry Drive where its large commercial vehicles are parked illegally on the street. No other resident on this long residential street has the arrogance and impunity of this company, its owner who also is the owner of the duplex, and the company employees who live in the duplex. Do not reward these guys with your business. There are many good alternatives.

  This is the second bad review for my two excellent employees that get to drive the company vehicles home. You approached my 63 yr old employee about parking beside the curb but pointing the wrong way. Afterwards he told me and it's been addressed. The one ticket for that event was also addressed. This is a street that most of the houses have one driveway on each side of the duplex. Many cars have to park on the street unfortunately. Thanks for sharing

  Scheduled an appointment for Wednesday for a roof leak due to the rain in Austin on Monday. The guy showed up for 2 min and left without providing me with any further details, saying he would come back. I called the office later that day to ask about any further details and left a message since they did not answer. No one has ever contacted me back. I cannot get in touch with this company and am just going to find another. Complete waste of time.

  Unfortunately we are not able to provide quality service in a timely manner under extreme conditions. I'd much rather pass on your business vs. setting unrealistic expectations. It seemed that you needed a repair immediately and we were already overwhelmed with commitments.

  Brad and team are fantastic. Brad was very helpful in educating us about replacing our roof, available shingles, options and benefits. His team arrived and were extremely efficient and neat. They did a fantastic job and left our home and yard in pristine condition. I would highly recommend contacting Brad for any roofing or water damage needs.

  I had my 40+ year old metal roof replaced with a new standing seam metal roof. Jordan Taylor and his crew worked diligently to complete this work and addressed all my questions and concerns during the process. They were very patient, considerate, respectful and friendly. I would definitely use them again. I had three different quotes and they were very competitive. They cleaned up very well to my satisfaction after all the work was done. The whole process from start to finish was quick and easy with minimal to no oversight needed.

  Raccoon tore a hole in my roof...AGAIN. Rep. was friendly and communication was excellent. Estimate was reasonable and they stuck to it on the bill. Knocked it out fast and sent a numerous photos of the job as it progressed. About as easy as you can hope it would be. Highly recommended.

  Had a leak and called Austin Roofing company to check out the roof. They were entirely honest and let me know that there are no issues with the roof but the ac drainage system seems to be the issue and that I should work with HVAC guys. I had 2 other roofing contractors come in and one provided quotes for entire roof replacement and another provided partial roof repair recommendations. So, I’m glad Dan was honest and pointed me to the root cause which was the AC unit.

  Brad was incredibly responsive throughout the process and patient as I asked questions about the insurance process, etc., as I had never put in a claim or replaced a roof before. He also worked with me on taking this opportunity to install new bathroom fans, as I was able to do the part in the house, but I needed their help with the venting required on the steep part of the roof. He and his team managed everything from start to finish and it was a very smooth process! Hopefully, I won’t need a roof for a while, but I would use his company again and absolutely recommend them to a friend. I am regularly suspicious of online review validity, so I think it’s worth noting that there was no incentive offered for me leaving this review.
