The project managers said it would be one price and then charged more than $4000 extra! The roofers were rude. They broke plants, damaged the grass, broke window screens, broke gutters they stained the paint of the house outside( they "cleaned" it once we pointed it out but damaged the paint severely). They brought in someone to do sheetrock repairs and they did a terrible job! There was only small cracks in the sheetrock and they made it so much worse. The ceiling looks terrible and they got ceiling paint ( which was cheap paint and darker than it should have been) all over the walls.

I reached out to LOA roofing because of their great reviews. Arthur Harris reached out asking how much $ our insurance gave us to replace roof. I told him insurance gave us a lump sum for multiple things and I couldn't remember how much specifically for roof, but if they could provide an estimate we already had cash in hand and were ready to go. Arthur said absolutely and came by to do an inspection. A few weeks went by and I still hadn't received an estimate so I reached back out. Arthur said his team would provide the estimate before the end of the day. Several days later, still nothing. I told Arthur nevermind we would go elsewhere since it's been a month and they still hadn't provided an estimate. At that point Arthur became very unprofessional, stating our roof would be done by now had I told him how much our insurance gave us. He continued arguing and placing the blame on me. I found it odd and unsettling. We went with Texas Traditions who's customer service was absolutely phenomenal and got back to us right away with an estimate.

Alex morose was awesome! He guided us through the whole process! We had some issues with insurance and decided to go through the process of paying out of pocket. Alex gave us the best quote and got the crew started very quickly and kept up with us through whole repair! Would most definitely work with them again

These guys actually saved my life . Not only do you get a really good price you get the job done sooner rather than later and get updates No other place I wouldn’t recommend!!! If I can give them more stars, I would

Colt Rush made the whole process easy — steady communication, honest guidance, and a level of professionalism that stood out. His integrity shows in every interaction, and I’d trust him with any roofing project. Cool Roofs earned this 5‑star review.

I worked with Alex Morose. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. They replaced my entire roof almost in 1 day. They had to come back the next day to finish up a few things. They did an amazing job and cleaned everything up before they left. I highly recommend them and I would use them again.
