  I am the owner and I work as well. I have very specific and simple instructions on my voicemail in the event I miss a call, so this doesn’t happen. Between the spam calls and missed calls I get each day, it’s very hard to determine which is which. Especially if you don’t leave a voicemail, text or fill out the form that I specifically ask people to do in the event that I don’t pick up because I’m physically working. These type of reviews hurt businesses , and are unfair. It’s disheartening as an owner who actually works on the job and cares about quality control to have our star rating affected like this. That being said. I would love to help you out. Please text my number or fill out the form on our website so you can get on the board because I would love to reverse your experience with us!

  Stay away from this company for flat roof. He did a new roof and it’s a swimming pool up there. And after one season there’s a few leaks.

  After acquiring a quote for a new roof, I received an estimate a few days later. I emailed back because of some questions I had. I was going to accept their offer, but never heard back from them at all. So much for " FAMILY BUSINESS " Pretty poor business etiquette IMHO

  Peter I didn’t see a reply from you until now. Which was within the same week. When I checked it’s in my junk mail. I’m not in business of leaving people hanging. Not sure if I can still remedy the situation but I’d really like to as I value my reputation. What can I do to help. If you’d like to move on to another contractor I understand completely.

  We called over 2 weeks ago to have someone out for an estimate. we got an email stating someone would be in touch with us in the next 2-3 days. However, it has been over 2 weeks and we haven't heard anything. We will be going elsewhere as if I cant rely on you to return a simple phone call how can I rely on you on a business transaction that's going to cost thousands of dollars

  We had a smaller job for a flat roof, but James and crew were able to get it done promptly and perfectly just as discussed. James certainly knows his craft. He offered some expert advice on some other areas of potential concern down the road and educated us on what the issues were with the previous install and other tips related to the flat roof.   You guys just finished a day and a half project on my mothers house(Kitchener) Recently and unexpectedly my mom became a widow, and as her daughter I am always super skeptical for her to get quotes and have work done when I’m not around. I just want to thank you for putting my mind at ease. She found you online and you guys were rated top 3. I can totally see why. The crew went way above and beyond for her. I was there for the final morning, you guys answered all the questions my husband and I had and put our minds at rest. But not only that, you guys went above on the final clean up, from the wasps nest you disposed of, putting patio furniture back nicely, when cleaning up supplies and checking for nails etc your crew even weeded the garden, helped with any garbage before the bin was taken away, etc etc I can’t begin to thank you enough, I know this was a big scary deal for her and I appreciate it very much! This is what happens to metal vents. Metal vents are prone to rust and often cause a lot of leaking and require service every 3 to 5 years. They’re an extremely inefficient product to be used on the roof as they become more of a liability rather than an upgrade. Jul 2, 2026
