  Terrible at answering. The owner constantly contradicts himself, I call and call and call but nothing. Gives a quote and then changes price over “market fluctuations”…sad excuse for a company! Maybe some of the good reviews are honest but most are probably friends and family.

  Hi there. im not sure who you are or where your information is coming from. My price has not changed once in a year and half nor have I told anyone there is a market fluctuations. I will always tell all customers that Estimates are good for 30 days due to inflation issues and that IF there is i will always show proof of the material price change and what percentage it has gone up. We as a company have had no price increases so we would not have given you a price increase. Maybe you have the wrong company? If you have been trying to call I have been away from the phone for the last week and a half, I have just gotten back to work this morning. I would be more then willing to take your call this week to see whats going on here . Upon further investigations we have no record of you as a customer over the last 4 years. Please remove your review as this has nothing to do with our company.

  Hi Elizabeth, I dont understand your review. When quoted in summer you did not mention you will be waiting till next year. when you informed me of this month's later I had no choice to tell you I cant garuntee the quote unless you pay for materials now since there are multiple material increases each year. I also updated everything you had asked for, replied you your email and sent you your invoice for materials to lock in the price for the following season.. Once I did this I have not heard a thing from you with multiple attempts to follow up. I belive there is a miscommunication or the emails are in your junk folder. I assure you have done my due diligence to follow up with you multiple times with no response. I hope you find all the contact attempts I have made to reach you. including coming to the house with answer. please look for theses diligently so you can see for your self we have done everything we can to reach you.   Horrible at responding, doesn't keep appointment times or call when he cant make it. Gave my grandma a contract to sign and after review I do not recommend this guy. His contract was horrible. Do not recommend. Strongly looks like he was trying to scam an old lady.

  Hi there i am sorry you feel this way. the contract we give is the same contract for all of our 52 other clients for winter weather work. I do apologize for being late. as I explained to her I was hooking up a new snow blower for our tractor with a technician that definitely took alittle longer then expected and i only had her sons number not hers. She completely understood and was actually very happy with everything and the way I explained everything that we would be doing for her. As for "scaming" anyone this is completely false. my price is fair and split between 5 equal payments. also everything was explained over the phone with Brad and nothing changed from that conversation to the contract what so ever. He was also super pleased with price and being on call. I hope this helps explain things to you a little better and we can resolve any issues you may have.

  We had shingles fly off the roof and rain coming in through a window sill. I contacted Quality Care Roofing. Ken did an inspection the following day. He had one of his crew members install a tarp until a new roof can be installed. His crew was polite and respectful, they did a great job, we are happy with our new roof and grateful for Quality Care Roofing and all their help through the process.

  Great experience! The only roofing company who answered the phone when I called. Very happy with our experience. The owner was very professional, arrived early for his scheduled quote appointment. Large number of workers came and completed the roof in one day. Fast , efficient and appreciate the work done. Thank you! Highly recommend!

  My elderly parents recently had their roof redone including all new ply wood, insulation, vents, facia, soffits and shingles. We were extremely impressed with the quality of craftsmanship. Ken explained everything thoroughly and the work was completed exactly as explained. We would definitely recommend quality care roofing to anyone.
