  So here’s the story. My husband was in the shower this morning, and he hears things going on outside on the roof. He peers through the blinds of the bathroom only to notice some gentleman taking apart our roof. We had no appointment for anything to be done on our roof. Some men simply showed up and started taking apart our roof. The reasoning was they realize they got the wrong house number. They were supposed to be four doors down.Had we not been home, who knows what would’ve happened to our roof. My husband is usually at work on Wednesdays, but he had the day off, how lucky for us in that regard. So now we have these men taking our roof apart my husband runs downstairs and demands to know what’s going on. We’re waiting for the owners to reach back out to us. There has to be something given to us for this crazy situation that took place so we’re still waiting on the owner to get back to us. If you could reinstate our 50 year warranty, that would be awesome.

  The product is great. Customer service is horrible, there is no one to answer the phones and after installation no one returns your calls. The installers left my property in a mess with loose screws scattered throughout my driveway and debris all over the yard

  Nothing but problems with the roof . Won’t honour warranty .

  We have received your comment and understand how you feel. We at Superior have honored our warranties and have done so for over 17 years. One of the conditions to maintain the warranty is that when a home changes hands the buyer needs to transfer the warranty within the timeframe noted on the back of the warranty. The rationale behind this condition is to maintain the integrity of our roofing systems to ensure that no damages or changes to the roof have occurred. We will be happy to repair any issues on non-warranted roofs for a nominal fee. Please contact our office so we can go over the details.

  During a windstorm a couple years ago many roofs were damaged in the Stratford area. Shingles blew off in a small area on our home but at Zion Lutheran church in Stratford there was extensive damage. I am one of the 5 members on the property committee so we had to scramble to get a covering over the exposed areas. It was up to our team to give the congregation a long term solution. It was determined a steel roof was the best option. That fall I attended the outdoor farm show at Woodstock. At one of the booths Nick Habsch had a neat little display showing water flowing down a scaled model building into an eaves trough. Nick visited the church and sat down with our group. He had with him the pieces of their roof system and how they interlock together. We had about 4 company's quote . Superior roofing got the job and the members were very happy with their workmanship. I remember telling Nick there are hundreds of inspectors, they are called members and since they all helped pay for the roof they have the right to give an opinion. There were no complaints. This spring we had another wind event and a few more shingles blew off of our house. My wife and I had decided it was time for us to put a steel roof on as well. Nick was the first person we called. We also got a few prices. The job was completed this spring. One of my neighbours across the street was working from home this spring and his office is upstairs overlooking our home. He was constantly observing the 4 men during installation. He was very impressed on how 4 men work on different areas and put the roof system together. Darrell Renecker

  I was waiting a few months to see how the roof worked out. These crazy storms have proven the product and application very quickly. High winds and crazy downpours, more rain than we have ever seen living here 12 years. Not a drop of water through, not a shift of a piece. It looks gorgeous but it also is so sturdy. Super happy with our purchase. The team was great from (Rob)sales to application, and 50 year warranty delivery. Tidy, friendly, organized and skilled. They didn’t rush through, Matt and his team took the time it took, no short cuts even on those crazy 30 degree days. Amazing people. We are so pleased. Thank you

  We are extremely happy with our new roof! The team came all the way to Ottawa. The installation crew (Ben, Igor, Ron, Calvin and Brian) were professional and friendly. We admire their work ethic. Alain, the owner, and Amanda, who took care of all the administrative details, made the entire process very easy. They are communicative and kind. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Superior Steel Roofing. We couldn’t find a comparable company in terms of price nor quality. Thank you very much!

  I called 5 roofing company's to lookat my back roof (only 2%grade)w a skylight that would need to be replaced. Kyle was the only one to actually get on the roof to inspect it. He explained everything that would need to be done especially being basically a flat roof. The crew show up as scheduled and what a great bunch of guys. KEVIN and BURT were the best and you could tell they knew there stuff. I would recommend them over anyone . True professionals. Thank you guys.

  Amazing all around!!!! From getting a quote, booking a date and getting it all done. Once the job was completed there were two spots that I had a question about and the team sent someone over the next day to touch up those spots to what I wanted and it was perfect!!! Would definitely recommend this company!!!
