I called to schedule an appointment for a quote, and notified them that my home is 3 floors (therefore would need a taller ladder). They came out to inspect my roof, however, told me their ladder wasn’t tall enough. They said someone would …

Hi sandy, it’s unfortunate that we couldn’t meet up with expectations. We had planned another meeting but with the rain in forecast it didn’t happen and we called you back to reschedule but you didn’t respond back. We hope to satisfy you in future

I am not sure why these guys have good reviews. Maybe they pay others or it is all fake. Or they take advantage of single women for fast money. My mom had hired them to re-do her whole roof. Her house is 18 years old and has never had a leak, but had missing shingles. They completed the roof in one day and at night and cut so many corners. How can you do that kind of job in the dark when you cannot see what you are doing? My mom's roof is now leaking around lights in her house. This will cause mold and is a fire hazard. After being harsh with them one guy came out and pretended to "seal" something with caulking just to keep her quiet. Having a second opinion from a professional contractor, these guys did not use proper supplies, there are no proper seals anywhere, nails are raised with gaps around them. I have pictures. The vents they put in are not sealed at all. On top of all that, they did not use the type of supplies she chose, they showed up with different things stating that's "all they had". Unfortunately, winter is around the corner and there will be more damage. My mom works so hard and they have taken advantage of her in this situation. The roof will have to be re-done once again at her expense as this business will not take responsibilty for their wrongdoings.

Brother's Roofing sent someone out in the bitter cold on a weekend at short notice to remove a huge ice build up on my roof that had caused a leak on an interior wall. They were prompt and professional, and explained what the roof problem was. I was very happy with their service and their ability to communicate with me around this issue.

They did a great job on my roof, and chimney demolition. I had a few estimates before selecting them. Tony was straightforward and consistent. The crew was friendly and open to questions throughout the job. I'm happy with the final product and with my decision to select them
