While we're pleased you're satisfied with the quality of your new roof, we're sorry to hear that other aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify a few points for future readers. Your roofing project was completed in a single day and within the timeframe outlined in the signed contract. Following completion, our crew cleaned the work area, and our post-job photos show the driveway and surrounding areas were left clean. The only materials remaining on the property were one unopened bundle of shingles and a partial roll of ice-and-water membrane, which were later moved to your shed by our team at no additional cost. We also have photo documentation showing that the gutters were cleaned before our crew left the site. We would also like to clarify the concern regarding the chimney. Chimney flashing and chimney capping are two separate components. The chimney flashing, which is part of the roofing system and was included in your contract, was completed as part of the installation. A chimney cap is a separate accessory installed on top of the chimney and is not included as part of a standard roofing replacement or in your contract. We regret if there was any misunderstanding during earlier conversations and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the difference. We recognize that clear communication is an important part of every project, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve our customer experience.   Sorry for your experience JJ; we have helped a lot of people that have "no soliciting" sign by talking to them at their door. We typically do this when we are replacing a roof in the neighbourhood as most houses are due for replacements at the same time. We position ourselves to not sell you a certain product but do a free inspection. This allows us to give you the information to see what's best for you and the house, which is upto you to decide.   Hey Mark, Thanks for the feedback. We pride ourselves on quick follow up. There seems to be a misunderstanding. Our quotes on full roof replacements + inspections are free. Although for repairs, we charge a $199 initial fee depending on what needs to be done. Sometimes for a repair we need to pull shingles / check plywood underneath. This service is not free of charge.

  Sale rep came to the door and rang the door bell even though I have large signs that advise no solicitation or sales persons. (I work odd shifts and may be sleeping). If they can't read a sign and follow directions, would you choose them to do your roof? Not recommended.

  We had a great experience with Rydel Roofing beginning with Beryl visiting in person and walking us through entire process including pricing, product, warranty, and services. With all the attention to detail from taking a look at the attic to videos and pictures of the roof made the process educational. It was important for us as homeowners to be aware of this element. The crew was professional and updated us as the tasks progressed during the day. By evening the entire new roof job was completed along with cleaning the site. We are satisfied with how the product came together and are now stressfree due to the warranty it provides. Their representative also checked in with us in person to ensure our expectations were met and kept the payment process very transparent. We would highly recommend Rydel roofing team for anyone looking to get the roof job done in KW Region.

  I called Rydel Roofing, when we noted we had a leak. Our roof was over 20 years old. They came quickly to take a look to see what we needed. We agreed that we wanted a full new roof. Communication about dates and time to complete the work was exceptional. All parts of the roof renovation was discussed with us. They arrived within 2 weeks and spent one full day here on our roof. They stripped the shingles, put all new materials on and fixed areas of plywood which needed repair. The job was completely finished by the end of the day. The crew cleansed up all areas including using a magnet to find any nails on the ground. All of the employees from this company have been polite, courteous and full of knowledge in their duties. I would recommend this company to all who need assistance for their roof.

  Great experience with Rydel. The quote was provided quickly and was very detailed. Everything was explained thoroughly by Beryl, who managed our job from start to finish. They got the job booked quickly which was great because we had a leak. The installers were great. Whole job took one day (house and detached garage). The clean up was thorough. The finished product looks awesome. Overall, great experience.
