  Customer service representative is absolutely amazing. But that’s about it for this business. I was looking for a solution to a roof leak in one of my bathrooms at home. After going through the reviews, I connected with roofman and they sent a technician out in September 2024, technician fixed the issue, but after winter season, and first rain in March I noticed the water marks at the same spot again. I paid the bill from first service right after the bill was sent. However, I was under the impression that since the issue wasn’t resolved, second time there would not be a charge. Anyways, I would have been ok paying that as well if I did not see the water marks again at the same spot after the second time technician came in March. One of the persons in management reached out to me for the bill, I explained that a week after the second time technician was sent I saw the same water marks again. He suggested that I call back when it happens again and that there would not be a charge for the technicians to come at that time to resolve (the same) issue. Unfortunately it hasn’t rained heavy after this call and I could not give them a call to send out a technician. I received a call today (from Sarah), saying that the person (Rob) I talked to is not authorized to make these suggestions and that there is no proof he made those suggestions since it was over the phone. I would pay the bills but this business is not running on honesty (they might have been in the past according to what I am sensing from the amazing reviews, but not anymore from my experience unfortunately). I was suggested by this company for a roof replacement, which I was hoping to do spring next year (2025). This is not the business I would be able to go with or recommend at this point.

  I had a great experience with Roofman. They completed the repair work around our chimney to address a leak, and the entire process was handled professionally. The team was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to make sure the problem was properly addressed. The work was completed efficiently and the area was left clean afterward. I really appreciate their professionalism and quality of workmanship. I would definitely recommend Roofman to anyone looking for reliable roofing or leak repair services.

  Had a leak in our basement which appeared after a storm. Thomas arrived shortly after calling The Roofman. He spent at least an hour outside looking for the source of leak. Did small repairs and caulking as he searched. Came inside and found it was a hole in an interior pipe. He went “above and beyond” to find the leak. He even waited until the plumber arrived. A massive thank you to The Roofman for sending such a caring employee.
