  After getting a quote from Joe we accepted his offer a couple of days later only to be told his prices went up 25 % and he can't do it for the price as quoted.... even after I pointed out on his estimate . ....quote is good for 30 days... What kind of business is he running...very unprofessional in my opinion!!! That was his answer.... Hello Peter, Thank you for confirming. I have to revise and resend the estimate as it is no longer valid. My apologies. I just received notice as of April 1rst, we got a major price increase. Overall 25% plus shipping and delivery surcharges have increased from my supplier. I will be resending very shortly. Thank you for the understanding. Joe

  Hello Peter, We apologize for the unfortunate circumstance and miscommunication. The suppliers for shingle products and accessories went up April 1, 2022. If you would like, I can give you the suppliers contact information upon request to confirm. After looking at the numbers we had no choice but to increase the price or walk away from the job. We were unaware of the price increase amount. Furthermore, we did not increase the total estimate by 25 percent. We increased it marginally to reflect the cost increase. We encourage you to reach out to us and see if we can come to a solution.

  I simply had to leave a second review based on Joe and the world class level of customer service he provides. Had a new roof done last year along with all new facia, soffits and eaves troughs. This service transformed the home and really made it pop. Recently had a mistaken issue with a tenant not explaining a situation well. Again apologies for this Joe, and of course there was no issue with the roof. Joe answered my phone as he always does, had a quick chat and said he would pop by later today. He inspected the situation and the roof was 100% intact and zero issues. After the fact world class customer service. Thanks Joe

  Joe and team did a spectacular job on my roof, eaves and soffits during what must have been the hottest two weeks of the year!. They were courteous, professional, took their time to do a quality job and asked questions rather than assuming how i wanted something done. They even ensured everything was covered during an impending rainstorm and worked well into the evening when they wanted to get a section completed. Every evening they cleaned up the debris and made sure deck and other areas were covered to avoid damage. I cant say enough positive things on how happy i am with the work! In fact, i am getting a quote another property. Thanks Joe!

  The crew at Quality Roofs were excellent and went above and beyond to repair our roof. They even found existing issues with a dormer and were straight forward and fair in their appraisal of work.
