  Got a bid for a complete new roof from Cortland for 20k and once they started another 5k more for some rotten wood. Totalling 25k for Yosemite and after 2 months of trying to call him to complete his work, he still refuses to finish his job that his crew started.

  Beware of fraudulent sales practices despite reviews!! Do not use this company unless you have every single item given to you in writing, with a full explanation. Record your conversation with the sales person because they will later retract what was said, blaming a "misunderstanding" on their part. I highly suggest taking photos of your roof before and after. Take photos of the excess materials they show up with and later take away. In my situation, it took well over a year to finish a PARTIAL roofing job on a 1,375 sq ft house (low pitch) and the end result was horrible. After weeks and weeks of back and forth with the company, one of the owners came out and stated it didn't matter what their sales staff had explained, the invoice was controlling (even if it contradicts what sales had promised). In the many years of living in this house, I've had three other companies install roofing on my home and they did exactly what they said and completed the job in less than 3 days.

  Very disappointed in this company. They started out on top of things, but ended up not fixing the problem I originally called about. Charged me a bunch of money for coping around the roof, that they didn't even finish installing. They just called to tell me the job was done, and could I drop off a check. A week later I called them about my roof still leaking, then I found out they didn't even finish the job I paid for. Long story short, my roof is still leaking and they are telling me maybe call the company that installed the roof originally. I guess they are only in business to install new roofs, and not qualified to fix problem roofs.

  Yosemite roofing did a great job replacing our entire roof and bringing several items up to code which were not done by a previous roofer 9 years ago. Everything from the shingles to the metal roofing over the dormer windows, flashing around the chimney and new vent pipes were completely replaced. It looks great and we are very happy with the communications across the entire scope of the project.

  After receiving news that our roof had hail damage, we decided to get a second opinion. Yosemite did a great job with taking another look at our roof and concluding we didn’t have hail damage and just normal wear and tear. They are very knowledgeable and took great pictures and aerial pictures too to show us.

  I have used both Yosemite as a Realtor when referring them to clients for inspections, consultations, etc. I have also has them insect my personal home before purchase which they were quick and generous to do. They are exceptional, have a heart for the community, and most importantly, do things the right way!!
