  Bailed and left my roof exposed to the elements. Rain is destroying my uncovered decking now. Extremely overpriced as seeing someone in distress motivated their price point. Square footage initially incorrect and padded with materials they don't provide. Contract should be scrutinized very closely before you sign anything they present to you as any mishaps will be seen as the owner's responsibility and any additional work unforseen will be seen as owner responsibility. Often stated, "I hope we don't find anything else." Salesperson understands and remembers little. Constant address and verbage mistakes by office personnel. Property damaged by roofers. Roofing nails left on the ground in multiple areas. Have to constantly watch for potential flat tires. No insurance, no bueno. Go to a larger reputable company and save yourself any untoward stress and anxiety.

  Customer service is really bad, my sales manager did not follow through on his agreement with what we talked about nor did he get in a hurry to make it right. Was not satisfied with how he handled things

  Needed simple repair of some flashing and shingles. I told them I wanted the new drip edge to match the the existing drip edge. The first crew did the most shoddy job I’d ever seen. They had to send another guy to fix the the first crews …

  Does not work with home warranty and will charge minimum of $500 for any repair. Caveat emptor.

You are correct in that we do not work with home warranties and we make sure that we explain that in our initial conversations with potential clients such as yourself. Warranties can be very difficult to process and you may still end up having a co-pay that could potentially end up costing more than the repair. With that being said, our staff of highly trained employees are some of the finest in the area and are GAF Master Elite Certified.   Highly recommend! From the initial roof inspection and consultation, to the new roof and gutter installation, Ryan kept me updated and informed of every step necessary and took care of every detail. Great cleanup when the project was completed! The new roof and gutters look great! Thank you!

  Jason & the guys removed our ceiling skylights in my shop. They did such an amazing job that I can't even tell they were ever there. Very professional, courteous with great attention to detail. We would highly recommend them!!!! I wished I had saved the photos in my phone. It was a blast working with the crew.

  Had Advantage Roofing install their ShingleRx product several months ago. Shortly after we had a 1.5” hail storm and several downpours since and the roof looks great and held up exceptionally well in the hail storm. Almost no loss of roof grit and before it was clogging up our gutter covers and running all over our patio and into our pool. Great team to work with!

  Highly recommend ARC to replace your roof. They make it easy as possible on the customer. Good service and keep you informed. Roofing is hot hard work and the roofers are good at what they do.   Outstanding service and product. I have never had to replace a roof and was extremely impressed by the quality, the respect for the rest of your property, the informed steps during the process, and the completeness that Advantage Roofing did for me. They did it all, and worked so well with my insurance company. Out of some 23 companies ( Some actually harassed me, and were from out of state) I chose the best one.! ( Thank you also to my daughter, highly recommended them). They should get 10 stars!
