  These people are dirty conartist that did work so for me and their rep harassed me because I would not date him and they added additional funds to my invoice and when I refund they threaten to place a lean on my home after my insurance paid them back in 2018 12,195.00 they asked for an additional 3,500.00 which was more than my deductible. These jerks got away with this creepy horrible practice! Do not hire these horrible people.

  Called for them to come out and give a quote. After over a week I still haven't gotten a call back or anyone to come out. I have called their office numerous times.

Hopefully this is a miscommunication, because we pride ourselves on communication, rapid response times and customer satisfaction. Thank you. **Correction, I have located your file with notes. David did make an appointment and made a mistake on his schedule. He did reach out again and was told someone would be on site on Saturday until 1:00. When he arrived on Saturday around noon, no one was there to allow him onto the property. We would be glad to assist you another time and apologize for the initial scheduling mistake.

  Roofing work was fine. Home repair due to a tree falling on the house was sub-par at best. On the exterior portion of the work, I had to point out several issues and have them redone. On the interior portion of the work, I am having another contractor that I trust come back and make everything look the way it should.

  Do not recommend they are a terrible company. They do notback up, they do not do their job right. My house was done less than 3 years ago and there is still leaks I my house.

  Install bad shingles on our family's home. Will not honor there warranty at all. They keep pointing the finger at the manufacturer. Manufacturer pointing at them for poor installation. They came out suggested the shingle we trusted them now they welch.

  This was an insurance claim on a roof for Hail damage. I have a great roof but it took around a 1year to get everything resolved. This company is unprofessional. They did the roof in about a day and rushed the job. My contract including fixing gutters as well and the insurance company provided for that as well. I could never get anyone to return my calls. The roof had raised spots where it was not installed correctly and no gutters where put on. I left voice mails for 6 months and could not get anyone to call me. So I stopped paying my deductible. Funny thing is they called me after I did not make payment for a while and inquired into why I stopped making payments. I informed them they would not return my calls and had issues with my roof. In the end after raising hell with this company several times, one of the owners did come out himself and finally make things right and I am thankful to him for that. But this whole process took over a year!!!

  Very sketchy and one of their roofing guys was even asking for an additional so called “Deductible” and once I clarified with insurance, they advised me to seek services else where. And linda, old lady that handles the calls never reached back to me. BE CAREFUL!!

  I have not used your service however I saw one of your trucks throwing half empty water bottles out of the passenger side window on 155. Don't mess with Texas.

  In a world of "I can do that", it is nice to see the follow through. From quote to roof replacement these guys follow through. Josh came out and told me his company was legit, but I had been told that before. I have had quite a few bad experiences of companies promising one thing and delivering something completely different. Josh made a promise and was here while my roof was being replaced to ensure a smooth operation, and it was!!!The crew was professional and cleaned up afterwards. I mentioned I might be interested in some remodeling and he called out Fernando, and Fernando was at my house within a few hours. He was very proffesional, patient and listened to all of my needs for remodeling. I will definately recommend this company to anyone that needs a roof replacement. If I chose to remodel , these guys will be the company to do that! As I said before, in a world where many claim "they can do that", this company followed through! THANK YOU JOSH, FERNANDO AND THE ROOFING CREW, MY ROOF LOOKS AMAZING!!!

  David came out to look at a leak in my roof and he was so professional and kind. He let me know that a pipe seal might be the issue, and caulked it FOR FREE so we can be sure that's actually the problem before I pay for a full repair. This company is lovely and I trust them completely, I will be going to ASAP roofing with all my roofing needs in the future. I felt very comfortable that David was being up front and thorough about what is going on with my roof instead of just trying to charge me as much money as possible THANK YOU!
