  need some work done on my roof got a tech out to give me an estimate. waited a couple weeks did not hear anything so i called i was told they where really busy and would get it soon. about a week later i get a call they have to send someone out to look at the roof again they did not show on the day they where supposed to. they ended up showing up a couple days later. i than wait another couple weeks and no quote called a few times and just got no response your response to this is a lie i was not referred to another place! the only reason i wrote this review id because i keep getting emails to leave a review

  Mr. Terry, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. After looking back into this, your request was from about two years ago. Based on the scope and specific needs of your project at the time, we referred you to another company that we felt was better suited to handle that type of work. Our understanding was that they would be taking care of you from that point forward. That said, we do recognize there were some communication gaps early in the process, and we could have done a better job following up to ensure everything was handled smoothly. We also want to note that we never received direct follow-up communication with our office after the referral, so we believed the matter had been resolved. Regardless, we understand how the experience could have been frustrating. If you’d like to discuss this further, you’re always welcome to reach out to our office directly.

  Kyle the PM tried to scam me, guessing because I am an elderly woman who lives alone. He argued with me disrespectfully for over a week before I had to get a man to help. I paid for premium shingles and the up charge came out of my pocket. My roof was repaired with regular shingles and he lied repeatedly about it. When he was forced to return and do the job he was paid to do the first time. He and his workers cause external and internal damage to the roof and facades. Then they denied this as well. They used the wrong nails and left them sticking out visibly everywhere. They cracked the wood as a result of the nails coming all the way through. This caused further damage to my home. Their behavior was juvenile, even that of their subcontractors as well. This review is intentionally anonymous, because this company is dangerous.

  Decided to give them a shot since they came so highly recommended. They came and looked around on the 29th, sent me a message the next day saying my estimate was "in review." That's been 10 days ago and haven't heard another word. Needless to say, I've decided to go with a different company.

  Project One and Ted came through again! We recently purchased a house. During the process, Ted promptly performed an in-depth roof inspection and worked with all the parties to help us get the purchase over the finish line. While the roof was being installed, he communicated throughly, was on-site everyday and made sure that all debris and nails were picked up. Very pleased with the final product and have recommended Ted and Project One to several family members and will continue.

  Got a roof repair and fixed up a leaky patio cover. They temporarily fixed the leaky roof since there was rain in the forecast at no cost, and fixed another shingle that wasn’t leaking but had ripped as well. They quickly answered any questions I had. Would recommend
