  Be very weary of this company. New owner. I had work done under old owner and was supposed to have a five year warranty on metal siding. They were also supposed to repair a leak in metal rook. Silicone was only added. Leaking again ethey will not stand behind their work.

  The 5 year warranty on the metal siding for this customer, covers water intrusion. This customer would like us to warranty insect intrusion among other demands, years after completion. Our crew did not install the metal roofing system, the customers family member did. Repairs were made years ago, but the warranty does not extend to the entire roof system. Hostility towards staff members on site and accusations from this customers family members makes it impossible to carry out any attempt to warranty work. We offered to review invoices from others and reimburse the customer for any repairs cause by water intrusion, if needed. The customer never provided proof of a paid invoice for any repairs. Be very weary of this customer.

  Red Line Roofing seemed to have exceptional customer service, good warranties on their product lines and services and seemed to work hard to be competitive. We did not use them for our Roofing needs but only becuase it seemed as though they would not be able to be competitive with the other quotes we had already gotten from other contractors. However, after we had already choose a contractor we received Red Line Roofings quote and surprisingly they were very comparable. The person who did the quote was Casey Clark and he was excellent when it came to his customer service skills and was very understanding about us not choosing his company due to our mistaken belief that they would not be able to be competitive. Had we not already chosen a company we would most likely not have had any problem choosing Red Line Roofing.

  I'm so happy with Redline's customer service! They were very thorough with answering any questions I had before installing Certainteed Weatherwood shingles on my new build. 100% would go with them again! I'll be using them for gutters at the end of the build as well.

  Very helpful, and explained everything that needed to be done and fixed it. No mess left for me to clean up after they were done. Great experience and I'll be having them back in the future for any other repairs and complete new roof.

  They came out did an inspection of our roof and found some flashing that needed to be repaired. Came back out to do the repair. They are very efficient during all the weather we’ve got in the past few weeks. Would recommend them to anyone that just needs repairs or for a full roof replacement. Very honest and trustworthy company

  Called Redline roofing to come out and do some repair work, that turned into a whole new roof, As far as the workers go, excellent crew, hard workers, clean, friendly, couldn't ask for a better group of workers. There was a problem with the roof and Noone said anything until it was too late to fix it, lack of communication with the office guys, You do offer the best warranty
