  These guys are terrible at what they do. They did a horrible job on my home, and their only response was that ALL BAD REVIEWS are FROM NON-CUSTOMERS. Stay away and be cautious of this fake, unprofessional company. List of Issues Noticed – Things Homeowners Without Roofing Experience Might Overlook 1. Exposed nails 2. Improperly placed nails 3. No starter shingles installed 4. No NP1/caulking around pipes 5. Missing shingle pieces 6. Nails and debris left on the ground 7. Messy and unprofessional workmanship

  This review is completely fake and will be reported. We have no record of you ever having services with us. If you are a legitimate customer, please post an XYZ-signed contract as proof.   Over the past 13 years, we have successfully replaced thousands of roofs in the RGV, including both large commercial projects and residential homes. Regarding the pipe jack photo, we’ve always used metal flashing pipe jacks, not the plastic one shown in your image. Plus, we always caulk the nail heads and paint our pipe jack covers for a quality finished look. Please be cautious of fake reviews. This one appears suspiciously similar to negative reviews left by someone named Dustin Gonzalez, who has been posting the same kind of feedback to multiple roofing companies.   Very disrespectful. Dirty. Messy. Inconsiderate of those around them where they work. I had to clean up after their workers yet I did not hire them. Trash day I took my bins out (recent surgery) and their employee moved my bin inside my property placing it infront of my vehicle on a windy day, on trash day. Their debree was tossed back and the employees would toss it back to my home. They start working without notification and spouse works owl shift. Called to complain the lady was rude HOWEVER SHE DID SAY IT WAS THEIR WORKERS AND THAT THEY WILL TALK TO THEIR WORKERS. Called the cops they (THE WORKERS) pretended to not know english. Spoke to a white large man that came yesterday and dropped more junk flyers and told him why I wouldnt hire him and he got upset. Said we could call the number on the flyer, we gave him his pathetic flyer back and said that is what google is for. Plus neighbors restoration looks hidious, like living next to the mcallen hospital. Edited Part 2: Again, exactly what you will deal with if you are a potential customer or neighbor of any potential customer of this company. Just yesterday we picked up more debree AGAIN. WARNING IF YOU SEE THEM TURN YOUR AC UNIT OFF AND COVER IT, DEBREE LANDS ON IT AND CAN DAMAGE YOUR UNIT. This was just a review and they commented back saying I am a liar and mistaken, imagine hiring services....YIKES! NO GRACIAS! Anyway the number is easy to find, before they start they leave a circular flyer styke where we got the number weeks ago when the incidents happened, if not ask your neighbor for the number. Police were called but We were KIND enough to not file charges and officer just provided a VERBAL warning not to trasspass because we do not want anyone fired exactly what we told the lady, we said no need to fire anyone but we want our property respected. You are very welcomed. We are kind, simply warning others who need their property respected like us. EXACTLY WHY WE DID A REVIEW.

  Your feedback is inaccurate. We are not the company that performed the remodel on your neighbor's house. Today is the first time we have arrived in your neighborhood, and we are here to begin a re-roofing job on your neighbor's property. Our representative knocked on your door simply to inform you about the work that was about to start. Unfortunately, when our representative introduced themselves, you greeted them with accusations and hostility, mistakenly believing that we were the same company that worked on the remodel. That was not us, and we ask that you double-check your information before making false and potentially defamatory accusations about our company. Additionally, we want to clarify that you did not call the police on our company—since we are just beginning the re-roof today. Also, you have never called our company on the phone—you called the other remodel company. Today is the first day we have met you in person. We expect that you will do the right thing and remove this inaccurate review. Thank you for your attention to this matter. By the way: We happen to think your neighbors house looks fabulous after the remodel.

  XYZ Roofing did what they said they would do but nothing I had asked them to do. They were weeks late in beginning. They insisted that the black color shingle I selected was Not available but there was plenty stock of a green color was and after threatening to use another roofer, they “found” they shingle color we wanted. I asked that the add 2” to the front roof of the house to keep the rain off the front porch, it was not done. I asked that they remove a skylight and cover it over, it was not done. They removed a large vent window from my garage and was not reinstalled. I do not know where the vent is and I asked them to return to fix it, they did not. A year after the roof was replaced, I am still finding roofing nails around the home. We had to dash XYZ Roofing months for the final report and photos from submit to our insurance company. The only reason I give XYZ Roofing 2 stars is the job they did do was good, but I will never use them again or recommend they to anyone. Buyer Beware

  My experience with Brent and XYZ Roofing and restorations has been excellent. I was referred to them by a friend And I’m glad I was. I live out of town and my mom‘s house needed work and XYZ Roofing and restorations did a great job. They were punctual, cleaned up after the work was done and left everything looking like new. Estimates were accurate, and there were not any secrets or hidden charges. I recommend that if you need any roofing or gutter work, call XYZ Roofing and restorations!

  XYZ did an amazing job with our roof! Andrew was so knowledgeable with walking us through the whole process and making it smooth every step of the way.   This company is very professional in their work. I met with Brent and takes pride with his company. We walked through the neighborhood to look at the different colors that I may consider. He wanted to make sure I selected the right color. His staff kept me informed throughout the process and provided pictures of their findings. Different prices for their packages were offered and they worked within my budget. Gary met with me and answered all of my questions and concerns I had about my roof. What I was most impressed about is how quickly they were able to get the work started and finished as scheduled. Several walk throughs were done to ensure I was pleased. I highly recommend XYZ roofing. Thank you Brent and Gary! I love my new roof and gutter.

  Highly recommend XYZ Roofing and Restoration. What seemed like an overwhelming project along with doubts on what company to trust, I am so happy I trusted this one. From the people in the office answering all my questions and guiding me, to Rigo coming out here everyday keeping me updated on everything. They were honest, timely, very responsible and careful throughout the whole process. Rigo took care of everything, asked what we wanted, and took care of everything, making the roof replacement experience an easy, worry free one. No run arounds, no stalling, no doubts, they know their business and give the customer the best quality and attention available. Best decision we made.

  Excellent service and they worked with us on our price range. Punctual and responsive they showed up when they said and got the job done superbly. Well worth the investment with these guys :) they had to repair and rebuilt a botched job done by a different contractor and they it was quite the ordeal.

  It rained two inches, and we discovered stains on the ceiling. Called XYZ. They had an inspector/contractor (Mark) out the next day. Mark tarped the area, and the crew was over within two weeks. Job done in a day. Mark is super friendly and helpful and thorough and knowledgeable. Thanks XYZ!
