They installed the metal roof over the rotten wood. First, they said they were going to replace the rotten wood, but they only replaced a few pieces. I hired a carpenter, and he told me the wood should have been replaced before installing the metal roof. If they saw that there was too much rot, they should have told me before installing the roof.

Don’t bother with this company. If they don’t want to take your job, they’ll simply ignore you. They don’t even have the courtesy to say no thanks.

As everyone says, Victor was very helpful. He explained every aspect of the process. Every phase of the job took two tries. No Starter strip was installed on the rake until 20 days after the roof was completed. The drip edge was ordered …

Mr Hopkins, when you remove and disconnect nails on your own, the material will not only look terrible but will not hold through storms the way it’s meant to. I believe, the contractor you fired prior also had a discussion with you on this. Labor Warranty Mr Hopkins is from the doing of the team. Not homeowner. We wish you the very best Mr Hopkins.

They did an amazing job with the roof. They made sure every step was covered from the beginning all the way to the end. The company did inspections before calling the job complete and made sure we were well informed about everything.
