  They sent out an inspector to find some leake that were coming into our house, we paid them over $6k to fix the problem. The first heavy rain that we got, our house was still leaking in the spots they claimed they were gonna fix. I called them, they said the leaks are coming from somewhere else. I told them, “so y’all fixed something that wasn’t causing the problem?” They had no answer. The owner refused to call me. Don’t recommend these people at all. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

  We hired Edel Roofing to replace our roof at the end of 2022. The experience was ok overall. They did accidentally cut our internet line which caused my mom to have to take a day off work as she works from home, and it was inconvenient to have to call to have it repaired. When the job was “done” our yard looked like a hurricane had come through. There were pieces of wood and roofing materials ALLL over the front and back yard, in the trees, in the bushes. I had to send pictures and ask for it to be cleaned up. They came back and cleaned some of it and I just let it go but there was still so much left. Today I went in my attic for the first time since having the roof replaced. I was shocked by what I saw. The whole attic is covered in pieces of wood from the old OSB that they did not clean up even though the quote does specify “clean up of roof related debris”. Not only that but there are multiple gaps in the roof were I saw a lot of sunlight coming in. I was wondering why my ac drain pipe kept dripping and sure enough my drain pan is full of these roof debris as well. I will be contacting Edel roofing to come back and address all these issues and I will update my review once they have. Very disappointed as we hired them even though they weren’t the cheapest option thinking they were the most professional. I should not have to be asking them to clean up after themselves when that was included in the 16K I already paid them.

  I’m sorry you feel that way but this name is no where to be found in our database. Please reveal your real identity if you plan on putting us down. I’m surprised you wouldn’t have called to get your issue resolved. No need to hide under fake profiles. If there is one thing we stand behind is our work, warranties and service.

  I recommend not signing their contract until they agree to everything you want done-the budget you want and the timeline you set. Get that in writing from them. We trusted them with our house repairs after an air conditioner leak and they dropped the ball numerous times. They failed to call when they were not going to make set meetings and failed to even call back and reschedule. They never even attempted to make it right. As soon as we singed the contract we hardly heard from them except to ask for our insurance check. They refused to talk numbers with us as far as how much everything was going to cost us. Numerous times while attempting to get me to sign the contract they promised they were efficient, professional, experienced and would do everything needed to get the job done. Numerous times they referred back to their A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, but it didn't help them in our case. Beware.

  Mrs. Rodriguez on 7/17/2018 you contacted us due to our ratings. When we arrived at your house and explained how this works, we explained it thoroughly. Your job was a insurance water damage due to lack of Maintenance on Ac unit. We also attended your inspection with the insurance independent adjuster and recommended multiple work needed to be done. When dealing with an insurance company, we have to follow laws. What your responsibilities are per insurance, is to pay your deductible and all proceeds of Insurance are to be collected by contractor. Photos are also sent to your mortgage if allowed to complete our job. Your husband contacted us once you received check and asked that he would rather go another route. Having experience in this business normally means, client is taking the funds and using for personal use. This is the reason we have you sign contract, because just like you go to work and expect to get paid, we take our job seriously and don’t like working for free. Our job is to follow insurance laws. We had you sign contract as we do every client and explain these laws. We also had your husband sign mortgage release agreement as he is the title holder through the mortgage. For future notice, please read your insurance policy as it’s normally stated of the front page of the damage report.

  On 10/5/2018 I had an appointment to get an estimate done for repairs to my roof. Eddie Elizondo arrived on time for the appointment and really just walked around the roof. He didnt take pictures or really say anything even with me on the roof with him.The roof was replaced in 2012 by previous ownders and from the top you cannot see damage. I explained you can see the damage to the decking from the attic. Mr. Elizondo did not want to see the damage I mentioned to him. No one from Edel roofing even attempted to provide a quote. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Due to no further way to respond to the owner I am adding to this post. Mr.Elizondo, There was no contact made after you left my residence. No phone call, text or e-mail as you stated in your response. I do have my attic access secured shut for HVAC purposes. But as you stated you didn’t take a minute for me to show you the damage I mentioned. I do not wish to solicit services from your company and found it important to make this review.

Upon further review of your file, our appointment was not on October 5th, it was on the 4th, so this could be a confusion on the contractor you are referring too. We also found an email sent to you on October 4, 2018 At 2:44PM to the email address listed in your file. The email contained a quote for your roof repair and we have the photographs taken of your roof during our inspection. If you would like for us to provide those to you we would gladly forward them.   Great service! They took care of an initial issue with my easing/fascia, then inspected and showed me a few other areas of concern around the edge of my roof. They came back and took care of the other issues, including new materials, caulking, painting, and cleaning everything up afterwards. The prices are very reasonable and it's hard to tell where they did the work as they matched the paint exactly. I'm very happy with their work and will call them back as needed!

  Call out was fast, inspectors were professional and knowledgeable. They used drone technology plus time in the attic to assess damage. Quote was timely and reasonably priced, and the work was performed quickly and efficiently. Will do future work with Edel Roofing!

  Edel is a great business. They are professional, dependable and do a good job for a fair price. Our roof job was started and completed as promised. Our neighbors were contacting me to say what a good job they were doing and how professional the whole crew was. Isreal was wonderful to deal with.

  Excellent service. This has been the best experience that I ever had with a contruction company. These guys are the real deal. From the moment I call to the time that the job was done it was a very smooth process. The workers are very knowledgeable and professional. They send me pictures of the repairs before, during & after the job was done. They took all the old materials and clean all the area, they even pass a big magnet thru the grass to pick up all the old nails. Very honest people.

  EDEL Roofing provided recommendations to repair two roof areas I was concerned about. The base plates of two pipe vents had recently lifted due to wind forcing them up and they needed to be secured back into place. I received a detailed scope of work and a quote for the service. Today they arrived and executed the necessary repairs and even corrected some collateral areas that also needed attention. I plan to use EDEL Roofing in the future because I appreciate their professionalism and clear explanations to all of my questions. Thank You EDEL Roofing!
