Almaraz Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Almaraz Roofing.

Sadly I need to edit my review. I have never had my roof leak until after Almaraz gave me a new roof. I am not sure if there is a problem with the roof or if it is just that my skylight is old. The timing is a bit suspicious. What is even more suspicious is that I have been calling off and on for over a month and they won't answer my calls or messages. It makes me wonder and also makes me a little nervous about the warranty that I thought I was getting with the product. I'm not the kind of person that leaves bad reviews. I usually just move on, but this is sketchy. ***** It is so easy to work with this company. Mr. Almaraz cares about his workers and cares about a job well done. He is easy to communicate with. I called him Tuesday and have a new roof by Friday. Good quality materials and people. Highly recommend.

Update Kelly, thank you for taking the time to update your review. I completely understand why you’d feel concerned — you trusted us with a major project, you expected a lot from us, and we take that seriously. You deserved quicker communication and a faster resolution, and I take full accountability for not getting back to you sooner. That’s on me. I also want to clarify the leak issue so you have full peace of mind. Your roof system itself is not leaking. The water is coming from the old solar tube that was already cracked and wasn’t replaced during the install. Because you trusted us with your home, I want to go a step further. We’re upgrading your roof to the Owens Corning 50-Year Preferred Warranty at no cost to you. This warranty is only available through Preferred Contractors who use all Owens Corning products, and it gives you long-term protection even if you ever choose to work with another roofer in the future. Owens Corning can send someone in-network, and you’ll still be covered. We’ll make sure everything gets resolved properly and that your experience finishes the right way. Thank you for your patience and for giving us the chance to make it right. Your home — and your trust — matters to us. Thank you so much for the kind words! We really enjoyed working with you and appreciated the great conversations—especially about art and creativity. Letting us spray paint “Happy Easter” on your roof before the tear-off was such a fun and memorable moment for our family. It’s people like you that make what we do so meaningful. Thank you again for the trust and for letting us be part of your home’s story!

Almaraz Roofing is hands down the best roofing company in the RGV. They are professional, efficient, on time and really do what needs to be done to get the job done right. They treat you like their neighbor and don’t try to take advantage of you or drive up the price. We were very appreciative of the work they did to repair our roof.

Andrew man… this one hit me. 20 years later and we’re still crossing paths like that… that’s special. I really appreciate you trusting me with your home, especially with something as stressful as a leak. Means a lot more than you probably realize. And I’m glad we got you taken care of quick—David’s a beast for jumping on it like that. Timing couldn’t have worked out better. That picture too… that’s what it’s really about for me. Not just roofs, but people and relationships that go way back. Much love brother. Always got you 🤝
