  Not very please with the service. They were late on the appointments, didn't clean the attic well, still some insulation missing, missed a few spots of foam, the heat still coming in from the roof (do to those missing areas), they applied the foam first instead of removing the old insulation, making this not a good sealed. Trying to call them no answer, took about a day or two to replay in text with no solution. Job was not done right for the cost I'm going to pay

  When I had the first initial meeting about what kind of services they provided, I had told him about the master room being the warmest room in the house. I was advised they would do a temperature check and make any adjustments needed to get it where it needed to be, to which they did not do. I paid extra to remove my old insulation. Instead of removing the old insulation first, they sprayed over the old stuff and a week later came back to remove the old insulation after already applying the spray foam first. I do have old insulation throughout the attic. I was told they would build a wall and have an access door into the attic so I could still access my AC unit component. I was really disappointed to find out the wall was just a mass spray foam pile. To gain access, I would need to cut into the spray foam and make a door. Honestly don't think they did anything correctly to what I was told base on the first initial meeting. Plus he messed up on my fiance paper twice before it was correctly fixed. Total cost for spray foam, roughly living space 1000 sq ft $2700, insulation removal $400. It does help a lot more keeping the home cooler. But still very disappointed in the service.

  Mee, This is Juan with Frontline. I’m sorry about your experience with Frontline. It seems we did drop the ball somewhere, but I want to make it right….may stop by this week and check out the attic and also perform an AC airflow optimization. Our team is booked solid, but I would like to do this myself.

  I'm rating it a 2 low 2 only because of the sales person Abraham Paredes. He was quick to try to make the sale but not quick to respond to my calls after the sale. I called him one time after all the installation to ask him about the 10 yr warranty being advertised if you buy before December. He told me he would check in to it I send him the video of that as well. I've called him various times to no avail he refuses to answer or call back.

  We contacted Frontline to get a free estimate on our roof replacement and Juan went above and beyond on explaining the step by step process. From start to finish, the process was explained in detail. Not to mention the very reasonable prices for quality work! Frontline is a great company to get in contact with if you’re looking for repairs or a new roof!

  Frontline Home Solutions - Ashton Curling - did an incredible job on our roofing project and solar panel detach and reset. From start to finish, their team handled everything professionally. They worked directly with our insurance company and successfully got the roof replacement approved, along with the full solar panel detach and reset — which was huge When it came time to reinstall the solar panels, the permitting office informed contractors that about 95% of the companies pulling permits to reinstall panels were not even licensed and did not have an electrical license. That means many homeowners were unknowingly losing their solar panel warranty because the work wasn’t completed by a properly licensed electrical contractor. Frontline Home Solutions was completely different. They are fully licensed for roofing and solar panel detach and reset, and they hold an actual electrical license. On top of that, they are Enphase certified, which means our Enphase solar system warranty stayed fully intact after the reinstall. That gave us incredible peace of mind knowing our investment was protected. Thank You Ashton!! If you need roofing, a roof replacement, or a professional solar panel detach and reset — especially if you have an Enphase solar system — I highly recommend Frontline Home Solutions.   Juan did a generac installation and then came back to do the Generac Maintenance. He answered our questions and addressed our concerns.
