  I had my roof replaced with them about 2 years ago. I started having leak problems about 2 months ago and they gave me 2 different assessments -1 due to wind damage and the second due to structural problems for this last one they told me “they missed their mark”. The shingles manufacturing company Owens Corning assessment states that the shingles were not installed according Owens Corning’s installation instructions. I have been asking for a full roof replacement and ceiling replacement due to the leak damage but they want to do a partial repair. I am requesting a full replacement because partial repairs are insufficient to remediate the full scope of the loss. Superficial restoration of visible damage does not address potential concealed moisture intrusion, compromised decking, saturated insulation, or the risk of mold growth and progressive structural deterioration. Still waiting for an answer after these 2 months. I will not recommend this company at all.

  Had a leak, they came inspected and gave me quote. Work was done. Leak remained, I contacted the company, it took 2 weeks for anyone to response. A worker came by got up the roof did something and stated it was fixed. Another rain came and now leak is worse. Contacted the company again, recieved a call that inspector would be by on Monday, but I guess I should have asked which Monday. As of today 3 Mondays have gone by and still have not heard a peep.

  Requested an estimate and I was told by the rep that it would be ready in 2-3 days. It has been over two weeks and I have yet to receive a quote or any communication. I can only imagine how long it would take to complete the job. Bad initial experience.

  Hello Ms. Murillo. We apologize for the delay and miscommunication. Our standard roof proposals are typically completed within 3 days and usually less. However, your secondary proposal involving a complete new frame system is more complex and takes our estimators about a week or so to get it out of queue. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.   Great companies are built by great people, and Manny is a perfect example of that. He is professional, responsive, very knowledgeable, and truly cares about both customers and his team.   Manny, at Bison Roofing was extremely helpful and correspondent with an attic and roofing assessment near the valley. He was punctual, friendly, and provided a thorough report with photos, free of charge. I would definitely recommend using the Bison Roofing for your attic and roofing needs!

  Bison Roofing was everything (and more!) that we desired for our roofing replacement. They were patient with our decide'aphobia’ over which type of shingle and plan to choose. Luis didn't use any high pressure sales tactics, trusting professionalism would win the day. It did. Once we decided and signed the contract, we had a new roof within two days. They kept in constant contact during the installation. Joel, who led the crew, let us know what they were doing every step of the way by texts, emails, and calls, which included pictures and several videos, plus aerial views by drones. Dayna and Marz were kind in informing us on how to save thousands of dollars, which we did. It's already rained multiple times this past winter/early spring, and our roof is still fabulous. I recommend this company more than highly. They're top tier.
