WT Anderson Roofing & Siding

The only one or two-star review we hold for WT Anderson Roofing & Siding.

Installer was superb (Dennis). Customer service is great. Everything else is unacceptable. They messed up measurements for the windows multiple times. Doors ordered incorrectly multiple times. A job that should have taken 3-4 weeks is still not complete 6 months later. I would not recommend working with them which is unfortunate because most of the people at the company are good people.

Always a good experience. Very kind staff. They did the siding for my house and helped me with a repair a few years later when I had a leaking drain in my wall.

Amazing, FLAWLESS, extensive rebuild of our third-story crow's nest/open porch (three previous attempts by other contractors had failed) and recaulk of entire house by two wonderful guys, Dennis and Danny. The rebuild was complicated and difficult but completed seamlessly, efficiently, and always with their signature kindness, pleasantness, and professionalism. Despite the need for much equipment, supplies, and tools, the site was always perfectly clean and neat. Thanks also to Jasmine (supervisor) and Marcia (office manager), who were always immediately responsive to our questions and related needs. Precise and perfect! Note: A couple years ago, they re-roofed and guttered, etc. our 18-year-old house, and, again, did flawless, neat work and were instantly responsive to our needs.

We had WT Anderson install two roof windows in an upstairs room so we could make it a bedroom. They did a fantastic job and were super professional, keeping us updated on the progress during the day. Highly recommend!
