I hired Pyramid to replace the gutters over the front and back porches of our home. When I signed the contract, I was told the work would be completed within 2–3 weeks. Instead, the project wasn’t finished for 7 weeks—and only after I made …

The employee who initially look at the problem never went on the roof to investigate the subjected area , end up charging me $3,100 for a job I didn’t even need, thank goodness for the employee who came out after I reported a leak in the same area, he was vary professional and did an outstanding job to repair the problem.

I've been in the long process of getting our roof replaced. I know it's been in poor shape for some time. Being the smart thing to do is to get several quotes and choose the best from the lot. Pyramid would have been the last estimate on our list, they just flat out refused to do the estimate! First off we had a set appointment, their estimator named Craig showed up an hour early. Most times that would be fine, but it was on a day where I was juggling a lot of things around that time. Then they were very hesitant to climb up on the ladder to take a look at the roof. Then tried to state the could have been structural damage without verifying it. They just refused to do the estimate we needed, they just came across as very lazy to do any work despite their advertising. My advice, do not use Pyramid Roofing, period!

Mr. Melrose, first of all, I would like to apologize for any inconvenience with the appointment time, our paperwork states that the agreed appointment was 1 pm, so where there may have been a miscommunication, our roofing specialist did … More

Looking for a new roof. They were one of the first companies I contacted. The set up process was nice, and the receptionist was very helpful. She stated I would be emailed the info and picture of the man who would be coming. I never received an email (maybe it was a typo or something?) They charge $80 to do a full inspection of your roof, in the attic as well. The technician (Victor Sullivan) popped his head in the attic from the top of the ladder That's all. And told me he wasn't going to "crawl around up there." So far, the quote is roughly $13,000 higher than all other quotes I received. I could pay for 3 roofs for the price they wanted. I am confident the $80 goes to keeping them rolling, and hoping someone bites at their insanely high prices to cover overheard associated with their name.

Everyone was great! Scott was very detailed with the findings of the inspection, replacement process and cost. Will made sure I knew when what to expect and how to prepare for the day of roof replacement. Romeo and crew left no debris behind, roof looks great and the venting has made a huge improvement. Shelby was there throughout to answer all my questions and make sure I knew where we were in the process. I will definitely recommend!
