The reason we ask that all homeowners be present is because we've had situations where one homeowner approved a roof replacement or made important decisions, only for the other homeowner to later be frustrated that they weren't included in the discussion. Since a new roof is a significant investment, we've made it our company policy to ensure everyone involved has the opportunity to ask questions, understand the options, and participate in the decision. That said, our appointments are meant to be informative—not high-pressure sales presentations. We don't believe in pressure tactics, and there's absolutely no obligation to purchase after meeting with us. Our goal is simply to provide a thorough inspection, answer your questions, and give you an accurate quote so you can make the best decision for your home. Regarding the financing, all of our advertisements say "Roofs from $79 per month." The word from is important because payments vary based on the size of the roof, financing program, and credit approval. Regarding the small plastic pieces, GAF Timberline HDZ shingles include clear plastic release strips that are intentionally left on the shingles. GAF instructs contractors not to remove them, as they do not affect the roof's performance or ability to seal. That said, we take your concerns about professionalism and jobsite cleanliness seriously. I will personally review your installation to make sure that, if anything fell short of our standards, it is addressed with our team. We've become the #1 roofing company in Hampton Roads by using premium materials, fully trained installers, and standing behind our work, but we're always willing to listen, improve, and earn our customers' trust.   Roof appears ok, but the company left a real mess that I had to clean and stuff fell into my eyes when I pulled the attic door to see if there are any gaps. I noticed 4 gaps in the roof and I took pictures. The sales person was good, the work was sub par considering the price.

Similarly, with a large construction job like this, it’s not unusual for a small amount of debris to be left in the yard.   Wholesale did my roof in Virginia Beach 3 years ago and gave me a “lifetime warranty” yet I’ve had multiple leaks since installation and have repeatedly called them to get the run around. They have not came back out once so I’ve had to get another company to repair.. now after doing research I’ve found out they just SUBCONTRACT THIER WORK and these guys are just a bunch of marketers with no real roofing knowledge… I’ve heard from many people that most of these reviews they have are fake and that they get all negative reviews deleted… so this will probably get deleted I’m sure but after spending 20,000 on a “new” roof I have to share this to at least try to save someone.. Hire a real roofer. These guys are just marketers looking to make a quick buck with no customer service and NO WARRANTIES THEY WILL PUT ALL BLAME ON “GAF” THE MANUFACTER OF THE SHINGLES THEY USE.

  The roof looks great but it was a horrendous experience. The morning of installment, I let the site supervisor know I will be leaving for daycare drop off at 7:15. He said okay, he would make sure I could get out without them dropping stuff on me, but as I left while holding my daughter, sure enough they tossed old shingles ans nails right over onto me. Luckily my daughter and I werent injured. Then when I come home, a worker is relieving himself on the back of our shed. Then at the end of the installment and clean up, we could not go out into our yard or even mow due to over 200 nails strewn evwrywhere. Thought that was the end of it until we went up into the attic to clean out before we moved and there were hundreds of nails and wood debris from the boards everywhere. They did not clean up at all. Then we had inspection for selling the home and found out they had pulled all the insulation down on the back side and just left it strewn everywhere. The only thing they did to make it right was come back to fix the insulation, and that took an arm twisting.

If we didn't notice you coming out while dropping materials we are very sorry. After further investigation the insulation was proven to not be roof-related; however, we repaired it anyway at our expense. Also, our supervisor did a final walk-around with you (or your spouse) at the end of the job and there were no complaints about nails in the yard. As you probably know, we have been rated the number one roofing company in Hampton Roads for quality, service and affordability.   The team did a fantastic job, especially Kyle who explained everything in detail, answered all our questions, and got us scheduled very quickly, so a huge shout out to Kyle. The team that came out did an outstanding job, the roof looks great and they were very meticulous in the clean up. If I ever need another roof replacement this is definitely the company I’ll choose.   From start to finish I was pleased with literally everyone I was in contact with from appointment setter Katie, Kyle roof assessor, John operation manager, Tray production manager, Ricky job superviser, & the roofing crew. They did fantastic job, were always available if needed & answered any & all of my questions/concerns!! Very positive experience!!! Replaced entire roof, have peace of mind now⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I recently had service dept come out because I noticed gap in skylight, I met Greg & Dale who came out & determined it was the built in shade of skylight that just needed to be adjusted! They were prompt, pleasant, fixed the issue & checked entire roof inside in attic & outside to make sure all was well with the installation! Gave me peace of mind, confidence & above all else, great customer service like all other depts in this company have done!! Well done!👍🏻👏👏👏👏

  Team arrived on time and worked diligently and finished in one day. I had a positive experience from the beginning with the Product Specialist Zack Reddick, on-site supervisor and crew and communication from the Opration Manager. My roof is a perfect match to the color of my house. The plus is the great clean-up after the job was done. Great Job!

  A storm came out of no where and cause my roof to start leaking into the house, I contacted Whole sale roofing and they immediately sent someone out the next day to tarp the area to mitigate and prevent any further leaking. Then they asked me when would be best for them to replace it because I shared with them that I had pets. I requested a week that my family was going on vacation for a couple of days and they obliged. They came and did the entire house in a matter of hours and didn’t leave a single piece of material laying around in the yard. The price was great the customer service was excellent and they even gave me a 50 year warranty on the roof. While sale roofing is a great company and I am so glad I had them to help me in such a stressful situation.
