  Zero PPE when working on a highly slanted roof. Would be a shame if an accident happened due to negligence or if OSHA showed up on the worksite. These guys would be great for Secret Service Snipers though!!

  Mark was rude and very unprofessional when I followed up for the 3rd time about my appointment to fix my roof AFTER signing the proposal. I sent a text, email and called about when the work was being done so I can inform my renters. To tell me it's on the schedule today is another example poor service since I specifically advised them, needed to notify my renters ahead of time. Perhaps Mark was having a bad day and that's why he got irritated, rude and showed poor customer service. Sharon Shields

  The company demands the owners presence at the premise, but doesn't work on Saturday. While they respect their work time as they don't start till 0930-1000 they have no respect for the schedule of the person they are aiming to be hired by. The service windows are as accurate as the service windows of the gas company. I am guessing their business is booming as they can afford to do so. Timelines is a problem.

  The work we received was adequate, though somewhat overpriced. We acknowledge they had trouble contacting us a few times, and are thankful for those efforts. They were overall below average from a customer service standpoint, and unprofessional in a few instances.

  This company's attitude is very bad! The quality is very low! I felt cheated after I found them! Trust me not to use this company! Otherwise you will regret it!

  Called and requested an estimate for roof replacement and siding/trim. Appointment was set for 11 to Noon 15 August. Representative called at 1030 and asked if I would be available now. Told him that I would be there in 15 minutes. When we called to make the appointment we informed them that the house was under contract and that we would be closing within about 2 weeks. When I arrived at the house, the Reitzel truck was pulling out of the driveway. He stopped when I flagged him and stated that the boss did not want to bid the job. Told me to call him after we bought the house. Why waste my time. I am ready to put the roof/siding on once we close. I do not want to have to wait to get estimates afterwards. Do not use this company, very unreliable.

  Had a loose siding piece and instead of charging them minimum for a siding job they helped me free of charge. Also had a previous roof leak repair that has had zero issue since completion. Would happily recommend this company to anyone.
