  Wright Brothers Roofing installed new gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards for our home, and the whole roofing and drainage process was smooth from start to finish. We were really impressed by the fast turnaround from the estimate to the installation, since the work was scheduled within just a few days. their crew showed up on time, stayed professional, and finished everything the same day without cutting corners. The team paid close attention to detail, and i noticed they checked the property several times before leaving to make sure all debris was removed and the cleanup was done right. It was clear they care about good workmanship, proper water flow, and keeping the home protected during heavy rain and hot weather. we would highly recommend them for gutter and roofing-related work because the service was efficient, thorough, and easy from beginning to end. also, it is great to work with a local company that takes pride in doing the job well.

  We had a serious roof leak after a heavy rain, so I reached out for roofing help. They took my information and said someone would contact me within 24 to 48 hours, but Kingston called back within just a couple of hours. He scheduled the roof inspection, arrived on time, and clearly explained the roofing issues, the materials, the repair and replacement options, and the pricing. After going over everything, we chose to move forward with a new roof. The roofing crew got the job done in about two weeks and worked hard from start to finish. During the project, there was a small issue with drywall near the skylight, but Kingston responded quickly, came back out, and made sure it was fixed properly. That showed real care and strong customer service. Now we feel much better knowing our home has a solid new roof and we are ready for the next big storm season without worrying about leaks. Quality roofing service, fair prices, and a dependable team. Highly recommended.

  I first hired a roofing company to fix some rotted wood on the front of my house, and a short time later I had them come back to replace the roof on my mom’s home too. Jack was great to work with and kept me updated the whole time. He let me know when the roofing materials and dumpster would arrive, explained any weather delays, and even shared photos when the crew found additional issues on my roof. They discovered more damaged wood that needed replacement, and there was even a spot where an animal had chewed through part of the roofing and made a nest. Jack sent clear pictures of the damage, the repair process, and the roofing materials being installed, along with simple explanations of why each step mattered. That really helped me feel informed and comfortable throughout the project. As a homeowner, I appreciated that everything was explained honestly and respectfully. I never felt pressured, confused, or talked down to. Their pricing was fair, the roofing crew was friendly and professional, and the workmanship was excellent. They also did a thorough cleanup, including checking around the house with magnets to pick up stray nails in the yard. It is not always easy to find a roofer in Asheville who communicates well, does solid work, and keeps the job site clean, but this team did all of that. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof repair, roof replacement, wood rot repair, or gutter work, and I plan to use them again soon for new gutters.

  I recently had my roof replaced in Asheville and I’m very pleased with the quality of the roofing work, materials, installation, and overall service. From the first phone call to the roof inspection, written estimate, installation, and follow-up, the whole process felt first class. The roofing crew was efficient, fast, and safe, and the cleanup was excellent. They removed debris, picked up nails, and protected the flowerbeds with care. A small section of gutter was accidentally damaged by a ladder, but the crew lead checked it right away, took responsibility, and had it repaired promptly the next day. The price was fair for the current market, and the estimate clearly explained the different parts of the job. Donald, Jack, Kingston, and the rest of the team were always available to answer questions and help with any concerns. I also had chimney tuckpointing completed before the roof replacement, and that masonry work was handled with the same high level of care. I would highly recommend them to anyone in Asheville looking for roof replacement, gutter repair, or chimney flashing and related roofing work.
