  Called company asking for repair of fascia/gutters damage. New roof was just put on in 2018, it is 7 years old now. Appointment made representative came out. During visit went from fascia/soffit, gutter repair to adding a small section of roof repair. After consultation with his "Operation Head" we went to FULL roof replacement, gutters, soffit/fascia and a $18,000 dollar price tag. I inquired if we could just do the immediate repairs of fascia/soffit and gutters. Again after speaking to the "Operation Head" we were told no. We either had to do it all or nothing from this company. So advertisement of them doing REPAIR is false they will say the cant guarantee their work unless they do everything. So if you call them be prepared to be bamboozled and expect a crazy high price.

  Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry this didn't end where you'd hoped, but we stand behind the recommendation our team made. Every repair we perform carries our warranty. When we inspected the 2018 installation, the quality of that underlying work wasn't something we were willing to warranty over with spot repairs to the fascia, soffit, and gutters. Putting a bandaid on work that wasn't installed properly — and charging you for it — isn't something we're willing to do, even when it costs us the job. We understand that wasn't the answer you wanted, and we're genuinely sorry we weren't the right fit for what you were looking for. We wish you the best in getting the repairs handled.

  Edited Review: After going back and forth for several days trying to reach someone in billing to make a payment on my invoice and now dealing with Catherine in billing I had to change my rating. Was asking Catherine about trying to make a partial payment for our bill due to make sure we began payment while waiting for insurance and she said they could not do anything and then immediately called back and left a voicemail saying she would be placing a lien on my property tomorrow morning with the Sheriff if a payment wasn't made in full immediately. Horrible service and way to treat a customer who was trying to pay part of their bill and had just left a 5 star review. Given how she treated me, I will never do business with this company again. Original Review: We contracted with Baker Roofing to come out to fix some damage with flashing at a seam that was causing a bad leak. Ian Edwards and team were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and considerate of our property when making the repairs. It all looks great and the leak was immediately fixed and has held strong through all this rain we've been getting. So impressed with their work! We will use them again when needed and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, qualified, and professional roofing company. NOT ANYMORE!

  I have to say I was initially very impressed with the courtesy and swift response and willingness to help us with our roofing leak! But, David did not follow up with an estimate nor a call to confirm “not interested “ . Their website is so impressive and the fact that this place can do siding and gutters as well is a one stop shop! It is unfortunate but I must rate a 1 Star for lack of interaction and response to customers!!

  I've called this place twice for a quote and talked to the Secretary and have yet to receive a call back much less a quote. Been a week and a half now. If this is a sign of how they work stay away!

  My experience with Baker was great. They reshingled my roof and installed new gutters. Their crews were great and cleaned up very nicely. Ian, William, Robert, and David were excellent to deal with.

  My roof was 27 years old and needed to be replaced before it leaked so I contacted 3 roofing companies to obtain quotes for replacement. I don't necessarily choose the cheapest price for big purchases. I try to choose the best value. Fortunately, Baker Home Exteriors was both! The entire process was painless. Henry was the initial contact and continued to follow the project until after completion. He explained the process to me and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Gerald was the project manager and was so pleasant to work with. He and his crew worked efficiently and always cleaned up after the day. My home and my time were respected. My roof is beautiful and several of my neighbors have complimented it. I couldn't be happier - pleasant experience, great work, good product and added value to my house. Highly recommend!

  We have a house that's been on the market for a while, and just before our closing date the buyers found a small ceiling leak after a period of heavy rain. Ian came out to scope the work very soon afterwards, then David scheduled a crew on short notice to make the repair. In every case, Baker was careful, professional, and capable. Very pleased with the outcome.

  No problems experience. Started in January, the company had to locate the products I wanted to use and they did. Then the production manager was introduced and the work started as planned(aside the rain mild delay). The “ surprise findings” of a remodeling were handled without drama and without excessive additional costs. The house is beautiful. I am grateful the whole Team of Baker Exreriors.
