  A red dodge with a NC license plate drove like a maniac and exhibited road rage as well as flipped the bird in their company vehicle. Based on that it gives a very unprofessional demeanor and I would use someone else.

  They had a fair price. They came on time, professional, worked hard and did a good job. I would recommend them to others and have them do my house. They actually did pick up all their nails and stand behind their work. Follow up 6 months after the job. The roof looks even better than the day it was installed. I am continue to be very impressed with this company and the people that make it up. I would highly recommend them.

  Our experience with Ridge Roofing began last year when we needed a pre-purchase inspection on the roof of the home we were buying. Chris was our first contact and stayed close to us from that point on, until our roof was recently replaced by Ridge Roofing. Chris was extremely professional. Provided a detailed quote before we purchased the house, and then followed up as we continued the process, made the purchase, and then had more urgent priorities that needed to be attended to first. He was never pushy and always professional. His follow up kept the roof front of mind, and when it was time to get it done Chris and team acted quickly. He came out in person again to review and update the quote based on some changes we wanted to make. He provided tons of information on product, quality, warranties, etc. and left samples and brochures to help us make our decision. Then there was the roof installation itself. Incredible team that worked litterally from sunup to sundown and completed our relatively large roof project, with multiple skylights and a stand-alone shed - in 2.5 days. I was thinking this was a full-week job for sure. Alan was the crew chief and he checked in daily, made sure the work was progressing as planned and that no detail was left unattended. At the end of each day, his crew completely cleaned our yard and surrounding areas and hauled away debris etc. even when they were coming back the next morning to start again. It's not often that you get the best possible quality, service, and price with one company - but Ridge Roofing is such a company! I highly recommend them for your roofing needs! One final note, we had a bit of a miscommunication which led to an mistake in the work being done, and as soon as Chris understood the problem he, his team, and Ridge Roofing ownership provided a quick and complete solution to make things right - again, mistakes happen, and when they do it's awesome to have a company completely focused on making things right f

  New roof installation went off without a hitch. Estimate was reasonable, the warranties were comforting, crew showed up on time, work was done professionally per manufacturer's recommendations, and cleanup afterward was spotless. The entire process was easy.
