  Lane installed a roof for my parents (who dont have a Google account) and now the solar doesn't work . It also appears that the crew who put the solar back didn't have the proper certificationa required , which voided the manufacturer's warranty - how nice !

  Lane roofing did a horrible job on my roof. They were suppose to replace the rotten wood of the trim he did not. They put holes on my siding. Did not replace the drip edge. Also I have contacted the owner Hunter several times he keep giving me the run around. I have had other roofers to look at the roof they told me they did a very poor job. Also he did my mothers roof she had her house pressured washed months later and water came running through her ceiling and light fixtures he has failed to complete the fixing of this as well I do not recommend anyone to use this company. Hunter you are a liar you just did my roof last August 2023 I have the first proposal. The siding was damaged by your workers and yes her roof damage was done by your company not placing the shingles on correctly you have not tried to fix anything. Your workers damaged the siding you did not replace the drip edge but I am going to file a legal claim against you and your company. I dont think 2023 was three years ago stop ducking and dodging give me your insurance company name and im going to file against you I have all your text messages

  I called asking for an estimate, I was told they would come out on Friday, no one ever came out so I called back Friday afternoon and was told they could come out Saturday morning and even set a time of 10:30am. No one showed at 10:30 or any other time Saturday, I texted the number I had been asked to text regarding the appointment and received no response. Somehow they managed to hide my valid review of their poor business practices.

  Lane Roofing did a great job removing our asphalt shingle roof and installing a metal roof. The entire team was a pleasure to work beginning with Morgann, who was very through in explaining the differences between metal and shingle roofing as well as beating our other competing bids. Hunter, the owner, followed up on the same day to answer any questions and concerns about the roofing estimate. He really went all out to secure our business, which really made a difference. David, who oversaw the roof installation, was available and onsite to answer any questions and concerns I had regarding the removal of the shingle roof and the installation of the metal roof. Morgann also was available and visited the job site often. Additionally, Hunter visited our house to answer any questions, concerns, and to check on the project too. It was team effort from Lane roofing. The crews were polite, cleaned up our property, and went to great lengths to protect a new Trex deck and key shrubs from being damaged. I can see why Lane roofing came highly recommended by our neighbors as well. I think we are 5th house in our neighborhood that has used Lane roofing. We had several complements from our neighbors on how well the roof looks. I HIGHLY recommend Lane roofing for all your roofing and gutter needs. They really delivered on quality workmanship at a very reasonable price, which is a hard combination to find today. I’m glad we went with Lane roofing! Picture shows our NEW charcoal ULG metal roof!

  We had a great experience with Lane Roofing from start to finish! I shopped around and spoke with several different roofing companies before making a decision, and I’m very glad we ended up choosing Lane. Blake was the main person I worked with throughout the process, and he was great to work with. He was easy to talk to, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and was always quick to respond whenever I had a question. He was also very accommodating and always willing to meet or do whatever he could to make the entire process easier for us. On the day our roof was replaced, Blake kept me updated throughout the day with pictures and explanations of what they were doing, which I really appreciated. Communication was excellent from beginning to end, and the whole process went smoothly. Overall, we had a great experience with this local company and are very happy we chose them. I would definitely recommend Lane Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable, responsive, and easy-to-work-with roofing company!

  Hunter and the guys at Lane Roofing and Restoration did a fantastic job replacing our home's shingle roof. Lane has outstanding policies with their materials, warranty, workmanship, and how they treat their crews. Morgann, our salesman, started off the process efficiently and professionally and made sure I understood every detail and choice of the replacement starting with the estimate and quote, which was the best out of several. Morgann and Hunter were always reachable and quick to respond by text or call, and went out of their way to bring us multiple samples while we made our minds up. On the morning of the replacement Morgann, Foreman David, and José leading the crew talked with me about the process and when I got home later in the day they had almost finished, even having to accommodate a June afternoon thunderstorm. David went over all the details of how the replacement was going and ensured both my roof and their crew were well taken care of in the heat and humidity. They also took good care of my flowerbeds and yard, the cleanup was pristine. Being a WNC native it was important for me to pick a local roofing company for my family's home, if you want exceptional care and quality work put into your own home for any home improvement needs look no further than Lane Roofing and Restoration!
