  I’m a home builder in Tyler. Callie Boyce with Wortham contacted me via my instagram business page to bid my jobs for future houses I had planned. I had her bid multiple jobs, signed the contract for Wortham to roof an upcoming house, and then the week before they are going to roof it she sends me an email saying she was sorry but they aren’t going to work with me. Couldn’t even call me to tell me and now she won’t answer my calls. Called the office and nobody has returned my call. Only gave 1 star because I couldn’t give 0. Since I can’t reply to your reply I’ll just edit my original review. Why would I remove a review that is true? I can’t review your work because you refuse to do the work in the signed agreement. Callie literally emailed me yesterday asking if the roof could be put on tomorrow and when I said it would have to be next week because I had a change order on a CUSTOM home that requires a plumbing vent be moved and a chimney be added that wasn’t complete yet she emailed me today and said y'all can no longer work with me. Couldn’t even call me to tell me, blocked my number, and won’t return my call to the office asking to speak to someone.

As this is not a reflection of our work but instead our rejection to you as a builder not holding our same standards we hope and expect this will be removed soon.   They did not show up nor call for the first appt that they scheduled. The next scheduled day, they showed up 2 hours late and did not complete the job before leaving. I had called multiple times prior to the second appt to ensure completion date and was guaranteed completion. They now say they can't be here and finished before the next contractor comes to install solar panels.

  Bought my house new on 6/19 and had leaks on 2/20, this company did the roofing. Still under warranty, suppose to show up between 9-12 and of course didn't. No phone call or anything. Pathetic!

  What a disappointment. They replaced my shingle roof, my copper roof and my gutters. the first time it rained after the work was complete I had a leak from the ceiling in my study in the area of the copper roof. I notified them of the leak and they sent someone out to take a look. The roofer who came said it was a leak coming from the brick and they would send a brick guy out. well........The brick guy did come out to look it over and his words were " there is nothing wrong". I reached back out to Wortham Brothers about the conversation with the brick guy. The response was they would get the metal roof guy and the brick guy out at the same time to look at the issue together. That was three weeks ago and still nothing. Per the contract they were also supposed to repair the sheet rock damage inside and clean the stone around my fireplace from the original leak. I sent an email on May 27 to inquire about the interior work and the response i received was "okay do you have an update on the additional monies from the carrier?" Let me tell you about this fiasco (keep in mind I have already paid my $3600 deductible). The original contract signed was for $32,000 but they did find the copper roof was underestimated and a few other things that were not right which the insurance compensated them for. When it was all said and done the invoice was for $49,900 and the insurance company is asking for documentation they have not turned over. Long story short is their issue is with the insurance company and not me. I paid my portion and they need to complete the work. I will also be notifying the Good Contractor List to let them know about my experience with Wortham Brothers Roofing.

  The absolute worst! We have had trouble from day one. They did not install any flashing around our chimney and dormer windows causing leaks in our brand new home. Then they continued to pass the buck on blame even though their own repair technicians told us the roofers forgot to install flashing. 4 years later we are still having problems from this awful roof installation. STAY AWAY

  BEST customer service we’ve ever received!!!!! Patrick walked us through the entire process and stayed in contact until the roof was finished!!! This is rare these days to see the type of service and dedication to the customer! We had MANY contractors knocking on our door but never seemed right until Patrick knocked one day and I knew instantly this was someone we could trust for our new roof! His crew showed up and showed out!!!! They were the best and the clean up job was AMAZING!!! I would HIGHLY recommend them because you can TRUST what they are telling you and that means a lot to a consumer. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!!   Amazing experience. I always hear horror stories about how roofing companies are all scammer but Wortham Brothers proved all the stories wrong. They were very professional and took care of all my needs. Bryan Lopez was very open and honest throughout the whole process. Really happy with the experience.

  I recently purchased a home in the Reservation in Richardson TX. The comp shingles needed replaced so I took bids from 3 different companies for a tear off and replacement. Wortham Brothers was significantly lower than the other two bids, so we contracted them. Upon completion we were so glad Wortham Brothers Roofing team touched our home. They were very careful not to disturb anything on the property leaving everything better than when they arrived. We highly recommend Wortham Brothers Roofing.

  I highly recommend this company. Responsive, timely, knowledgeable and very fair pricing. The job was fairly small -- leaking around a copper feature. But Project Manager Steven Mitchell gave my issue his full attention, providing great information and a quick solution. I will definitely use the company when a more extensive roof repair/replacement is needed. (And with our Texas weather, it's "when" and not "if"!) Kathy L.
