  Hey, just FYI, the roads are narrow in Anna in the residential areas. So when your guys decide to block the route that the school buses take for over 20 minutes with your truck and trailer. That's kind of selfish and rude. To me, this shows how little you care about the communities you service.

  Hi BW — thank you for bringing this to our attention. We never want to inconvenience neighbors or disrupt the flow of school traffic. On active build days we sometimes need to stage trucks and trailers for short periods to safely load debris. We take community safety and courtesy very seriously, especially when it comes to school routes, and many times these inconveniences cannot be avoided. I have reached out to our crews and project managers to make sure that we making every attempt to be courteous.   They don't care the sign NO SOLICITATIONS ADVERTISEMENT HANDBILLS, they don't respect the property privacy.

  These people would not provide a list of repairs that needed to be made and the cost unless I signed a document to utilize them. It just seemed very shady…

  Very disappointed with this company and Lance Lyles in particular. He and one of his specialists came to our home in Frisco about 2.5 weeks ago. He told us the issue and said he would send a quote right over. Well, here we sit weeks later and no quote. I've called multiple times, left messages, and had the receptionist tell me she would have him contact me asap. We have yet to hear anything from him!! I guess he just doesn't want our business. Sad to have wasted my family's valuable time. We are new to Texas and are sad to see that this is how contractors treat customers! Moral of the story, there are tons of roofing companies out there. Don't waste your time with Striker!!

  What I appreciate most about this company is their honesty and transparency. They always provide a straightforward, detailed quote for replacing my roof shingles or repairing any other damage, so I know exactly what to expect. Unlike many roofing companies that deal directly with the insurance company and leave the homeowner out of the process, they keep me informed every step of the way and put me in control of the decisions. I never feel left out or pressured. If you’re looking for a roofing company that is honest, trustworthy, and truly puts its customers first, I highly recommend them.

  Nick was very courteous and polite. Lucas and Jesse were thorough professionals inspected the roof and provided impartial analysis and recommendations. Nick went an extra mile to schedule multiple inspection check points. Great team.

  My independent insurance agent recommend I have Roof Cake inspect my roof for recent hail damage. I thought, Roof Cake, what an off the wall name for a roofing contractor. 1 man showed up and did the whole inspection with a drone!! The drone inspected every inch of the roof. It had software that highlighted hail dings on the shingles. They told me if they determine a claim is valid, the insurance company will likely agree as their inspection is so thorough. They confirmed the damage and provided a quote. They said their quotes are cheaper that most of their completion so their estimate should agree or be better than the insurance payout less my deductible. The insurance company agreed and Roof Cake provided a detailed exact quote using satellite imaging down to a fraction of an inch. Amazing. This company is really different. Everyone I talked to there was English speaking and their customer service was second to none. They did the work and even repaired a few things not included in the quote. This company is 100% different. They are rethinking roofing using technology and outstanding customer service to expand their business. I couldn't recommend them more. I will only use Roof Cake in the future. 10/10.

  Nick Carver and the Roof Cake team are absolute professionals! They ran out to my house for an inspection with a day's notice and provided their feedback very soon thereafter. That level of service and responsiveness is unparalleled in the roofing business and they will forever have my business.

  These guys did a wonderful job. He inspected every nook and cranny, gave us 150 pictures to work with. We were selling our home and the buyer was wanting a new roof. I just wanted facts and good pictures. They delivered both. Sean the manager was an absolute pro up there walking in 12 degree pitched roof. He gave it 100% and we so appreciate the outcome and detail oriented reports and pictures. I highly suggest using them.
