  I recently had a disappointing experience with this Paradigm roofing company that lacked attention to detail. Despite their claims, they failed to conduct inspection despite repeated request. Instead, they repeatedly asked for measurement from and insurance reports without taking the necessary steps to ensure a thorough assessment. Their negligence in performing due diligence left me feeling frustrated and skeptical of their professionalism. I would caution others to seek a roofing company that prioritizes comprehensive inspections for reliable service.

  Completely dishonest contractor. REFUSED to provide upfront / estimate pricing on my roof and other hail repairs. Wanted to take what ever insurance would pay and not complete/repair all of the damage. Wanted to completely cut corners on what they were going to do. Just the type of fly by night biz that my Agent, Adjuster, and the State of Texas warns folks about. God only knows what kind of crap job we would have wound up with. DO NOT USE FOR HAIL CLAIMS!!!!

  As a company we give estimates every day and the majority of our work is cash sales and not insurance work. We are not dependent on storms to be successful. The sales person involved relayed back to the office that this customer was asking her to participate in insurance fraud. The sales person kindly objected and told Mr. Underwood that we are probably not the company for you. Mr. Underwood became very irate with the sales person after she declined to do business with him. If running a business with integrity means we have to except bad reviews from google then we will hold firm to our commitment and carry on.

  Got my 30+ year old roof replaced. Hassaan and the team were awesome at helping us work through all the bumps that came up along the way. If I had to get another roof in the future (unlikely because they did a great job), I would go with Paradigm again.

  Jestin is an Excellent contractor, great to work with. Complete bathroom remodel, new floors both tile and carpet and some other work completed. Changes were not an issue. Hoss Roofing and General Contracting was great, completed the work quickly with top quality.

  From the start, the sales guy aka Hassan, made me feel comfortable with his great customer skills and knowledge. I had turned down others before him. After the project was completed, I can honestly say I'm glad I made the choice to have Paradigm replace my Roof. A month later all is still great, no problems with workmanship. The crew was did an excellent job and left everything clean.
