  Company didn’t respond to my inquiry. I called and asked to speak to a project manager because the person (possibly the receptionist) I was talking to didn’t know much about their product details. Never heard back from them. Bad customer service. Gave my total roof replacement project to another competitor.

  I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Roof Pro! As a general contractor myself, I have very high standards when it comes to quality, communication, and professionalism. I’m also a rental property owner living in California, while this property is in Texas, so replacing an entire roof from another state could have easily been a stressful process. Roof Pro made it incredibly easy from beginning to end. From my very first conversation with Michael Montes, the communication was exceptional. Michael was attentive, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and always available to answer my questions. What impressed me most was that he kept me updated throughout the entire process, often before I even had a chance to ask! On installation day, I received plenty of updates, and once the work was completed, I was provided with extensive before-and-after photos, permit documentation, warranty information, extra shingles, and a complete package of everything I needed for my records. Their office staff was also extremely organized and clear with all communication and emails. The roof came out beautiful, the work was completed quickly and cleanly, and I truly felt that my property and my best interests were being taken care of every step of the way. Being in the construction industry myself, I know what good service and quality work should look like, and Roof Pro absolutely lived up to my standards. Amazing work, amazing service, and a special thank you to Michael for making the entire experience so smooth. I’m extremely happy I chose Roof Pro and would highly recommend them!

  RoofHero recently completed replacing my roof from the March hail storm. I initially went with a company the insurance company sent out and was very unhappy with how high pressure they were. Pro Nail was referred to me by a co worker that understood me. I have never been happier with a contractor. They told me what they were going to do, they did it and did it when they said they would. Would highly recommend to my friends and family.

  I had a great experience with RoofHero from start to finish. They took the time to thoroughly review and explain my insurance claim so I fully understood the process and what to expect. The preparation before the job started was clear and professional, and the removal of the existing roofing was handled efficiently and carefully. The installation of the new roof went smoothly, and the quality of the work really shows. Cleanup afterward was excellent. I especially appreciated the follow-up and their attention to my questions and concerns even after the work was done. Levi was outstanding throughout the entire process. He outlined everything clearly, explained each step, and was on-site the whole time making sure everything was done right.

  ProNail did a great job with our roof, gutters & windows repairs. Trish was on site from day one & everyday. Communication was another key point we used them. Their workers were on time everyday & completed the job on schedule like she promised. Plus they power wash our driveway to remove any tire marks left from the trailer. And within our budget.
