  Buyer Beware! I wrote a favorable review seven years ago when WNC Roofing first installed a commercial roof on my contemporary house in Asheville, NC at great expense. Seven years later the roof FAILED. WNC Roofing would not back up their work--much less service it--saying they no longer worked on residential roofs. After only seven years, I had the roof replaced by another company who was appalled at the previous workmanship. Buyer Beware! Please note the below response from the company is more than a year after this was posted. As you will see from my original posting I did call and you can see their response.

  Bad services in the town don’t ever go with them owner is rude and they don’t know what they are doing made the holes in my roof without informing me worst services don’t ever try them please.

You requested financing for a repair over five months, and then did not want move forward. Unfortunately, we were unable to hold those terms open indefinitely, and we decided not to proceed with you.

  The personnel from WNC Roofing were on time, respectful and clear in all communications. Repairs to our flat membrane roof (that was under a deck) were completed on time and on budget.

  They answered all my questions very quickly and were able to get all the leaks fixed in a very old steel roof. The only negative is that they did not have all the parts needed the first time they came out.
