  They came out to give an estimate on re-roofing two structures. Despite calling numerous times, I never did receive the estimate. I recommend not wasting your time with them.

  This company is super unprofessional because they would not schedule an appointment for a repair on the house we own in Santa Rosa that my brother lives in. Told my mother they wouldn’t do it if she didn’t make herself available to meet them there. We don’t live near by and that is out of the question. My brother is capable of making a logical decision and my mother would pay for the work. I would rate them a ZERO stars if I could!

  At first, they were very responsive and had a good price, but then after they messed up our roof design, it was of course hard to get them back to fix it. Overall the quality was good, but service not great. I then asked them to bid a larger project for us and they literally refused to give us a bid. I would not use them again or refer them.

When we initially visited, we addressed the conditions that were visible and accessible at that time. Unfortunately, after additional rainfall and further investigation, we discovered that part of the problem was related to the underground drainage system, which is not visible during a standard gutter cleaning or inspection. We also identified a separate leak at a gutter seam that required repair. We understand your concern about additional costs. Our intention was never to leave the issue unresolved, but rather to identify and address each contributing factor as it became apparent.   The quality of the roof work done was very high but what is earning Wine County Roofing only 3 stars is the customer service. Specifically the lack of proper communication concerning timelines. I called the day we were scheduled to start because it was raining and I assumed a delay (I believe they should’ve been the one to make this call, and preferably prior to the actual start date). I was told there would indeed be a delay but not just a few days until the rain had passed but instead three whole weeks, which is insane. I understand that weather obviously affects roofing work but to become so behind in your work and not tell a customer until the scheduled start date is completely unacceptable. This was the first in a line of improper communication issues that made the experience less than satisfactory. Again, the work once it was done was high quality and priced in line with other quotes I received but the lack of attention to detail in keeping the customer informed was a huge inconvenience for a busy household.

  Wine Country Roofing did a beautiful job replacing my roof and adding a sun tunnel. They were careful, tidy, and efficient. When some insects later appeared in the sun tunnel glass, they took the problem seriously and generously addressed it.

  Most thorough inspection, lowest bid, top shelf in all communication, on time, professional, personable, great problem solvers, fabulous teamwork, this family really cares about their frontline staff, their safety always attended to.
