I asked for an inspection to evaluate the need for roof replacement. They looked at a satellite image of my house and then quoted me $30,000 for asphalt shingles on my 1500 square foot home 🤣 Best of all, in the quote they offered to finance it for me at 11% I could pay $258/month for 30 years. I literally laughed out loud when I read that. Although amusing, I did not appreciate this absurd waste of my time

Matt from Roof Doctors was exceptional at customer service! He arrived on time, asked me questions about the problem, inspected every part of our roof inside and out, showed me photos of the problem areas while explaining what needed repair and answered every question I had. Chris then came to do the repairs. Again, an exceptional employee! He thoroughly explained the process and kept me informed of any changes to the estimate. When he had finished, he made sure he had cleaned up any debris. Truly, one of the best experiences I have had when it comes to repairs for our home. After this experience, I believe that Roof Doctors only hire the best! I cannot recommend this company enough! A 10 out of 10!
