  Capstone was the highest of the 3 bids we received, but we chose them based on their reputation. We were not happy with the way they dealt with the bedroom ceiling damage caused by one of their roofers. Customer service was the worst we've experienced in our many years of hiring businesses for home maintenance. In addition, they did not adhere to their own contract specifications which stated that they would notify us before performing any additional repair work. We felt the charges for that repair work were exorbitant.

  Our condo association hired Capstone Roofing to reroof our 38 unit complex in Santa Rosa. Within 3 months of installation the roof of our unit had a major roof leak badly damaging our 2 bedrooms. We hired a local emergency contractor to remove damaged drywall, insulation & carpeting in order to dryout the 2 bedrooms before mold set in. We have not been able to use the bedrooms for 2 months, waiting for Capstone to restore our bedrooms. They have refused to compensate us saying that their insurance company would take care of it.

  WOW!!! Don't usually leave reviews but this company deserves it. They got here as scheduled and had a really big crew and knocked out my roof change in one day!! Their main foreman was great and walked me through the whole process. In fact, the whole team were great, and you could tell they really have their worked dialed in. The roof looks great and I could not find one bit of old roof or dirt left behind when they left.. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend this company. Thanks for a job well done!!

  The experience with Capstone Roofing was great from the very first call. My questions were answered with easy to understand info. The scheduling was easy. I was called to possibly move up my date when an earlier opening came through. The crew was on time and professional and so neat. Not a scrap of any debris was left behind. Best of all my roof is perfect.

  All work was completed and all services from start to finish Were handled in a completely professional manner. Questions were answered and the cleanup before leaving the job site left everything The way it was before they started. I was provided with an aerial set of views of the finished job for inspection. The roof Looks beautiful now, and Capstone deserves every one of the 5 Stars I am giving it. If you’re looking for a company to replace your roof, always get at least two bids first from different companies and then choose Capstone!

  Capstone has the best customer service from beginning to the end. All of the crew was exceptional and they cleaned up when they left immaculately. I was super impressed with this company.

  I would rate the crew that performed the actual work at 5 stars. However the office staff were very slow at returning emails and phone calls when and if they returned them at all.
