They got the job done after 2.5 months. Ultimately the work was fine, although I believe overpriced. Insurance paid, but $10,665 for a roof that was 989 sq ft, seems way overpriced. That's $10+ per square ft! The building has easy access and roof has a low pitch, so the high price can't be justified by degree of difficulty. They had to remove the existing shingles, lay down some membrane and reshingle; it was a one-day job with 2 men on the job site. Although they did a good job, in between my calling (half a dozen times) and actually getting the job done, they failed to come on a day they scheduled to work; no call, no show, no subsequent explanation and NO APOLOGY! I wish I would have jumped ship after they ghosted me, but they had already done some emergency tarping for me so I felt compelled to stick with the outfit. I'd definitely get other estimates for your job. I didn't because I was in a bind: it rained quite a bit this winter and I had a major leak in my roof that went into the furnace. This leak occurred in one of my rentals, and I didn't want to lose an excellent tenant, so I felt compelled to pull the trigger and get the job done ASAP without getting several bids.

Just awful customer service. Sam came round on August 28th and promised a quote by the end of the week. Several e-mails and phone calls later and still no quote despite several promises for a quote "by the end of the week". …

Ridgeline roofing was recommended to me and I was looking forward to having my tile roof restored after the Kincade Fire damaged it. Sam came out and did a very thorough inspection I felt. He said he would send a bid immediately. After a week I called and Peggy said he was busy and would get right on it. Nothing happened. I called at least 4 more times, but to no avail. I wasted a month of not getting my roof fixed because I really wanted them to do it. This was a totally frustrating experience during a very difficult time for us. I am quickly discovering that the roofing industry is questionable. Be careful out there. Still dont have my roof done. ☹

Ridgeline Roofing was a pleasure to deal with. Gabe and Samuel are straightforward, knowledgeable, and committed to doing roofing right. Their crew has decades of experience together and handled the eccentricities of a "river house" roof with ease. They did some repairs where needed and made everything look nice and professional. They were great about cleanup and taking care with plants, etc. I was referred to Ridgeline by a couple of contractors who were impressed with their attention to detail and doing the job right. I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.

These guys are the best! They are so kind and work really hard to make things work with your schedule to the best of their ability. Their work is top notch and their prices are more than fair, particularly once other estimates came in! I will only ever work with Ridgeline. Period!

Hired the company to perform a roof inspection for our client. Gabe showed up on time and completed a thorough inspection, including examining the eaves from the ground by walking the perimeter of the house, then climbing onto and walking on the roof. He took photos and spent time with the buyers who were present, answering their questions and providing his professional opinion and recommendations. He was knowledgeable, patient, and professional.

Professional! In one word, that is what you get with Ridgeline Roofing. From initial inspection to quote to putting on the new roof, everything was as expected. Out property was immaculate when they left and everything was done (and more - added a ridgeline on a carport not in the job because it would look right) as promised. Highest reviews!

It is rare to find a roofer that simply excels in customer service and takes pride in quality workmanship. Sam, Aristeo and team are simply superb roofers. They installed IB Roofing on our Eichler home in 2017 at a reasonable price and over …

Requested a roofing inspection on behalf of my clients. It was clear the goal was to deliver value, vs send a report and move on to the next inspection. I've attended a lot of roof inspections over the last 20 years, but I learned something new at this one. I also appreciated how the inspection was geared towards how my clients would use the house (2nd home), future maintenance, and their aesthetic goals.
