  Some of the best drivers you will see on the road. They are so good in fact they don't need to use turn signals. This business employs drivers that weave in and out of traffic in a way that would be life threatening if they weren't such professionals. If you want contractors that tailgate poor senior citizens make sure you check out Wilson Roofing. Wilson Roofing must have a large brake pad budget for their trucks, and I say good on them. Why coast up to a red light when you can just slam on the breaks 10ft before reaching it?

  ZERO STARS for BAD ATTITUDE!! Called at about noon today, 9/10 to set up a roof inspection. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude! Unfortunately, did not get her name..She started off by saying that I had called them in the past (based off of my phone number) and had not accepted their bid. (What??). Anyway I told her that it was a different property and proceeded to give her the address. She said that she was having “difficulty understanding “ and made me repeat the address. When I asked her what exactly she couldn’t understand, she said that it was my accent! I have never encountered this stupidity/pettiness before as I speak perfect English and no one else has had difficulty understanding me.. Clearly this woman is not very bright, ignorant and has a poor attitude. She is clearly a liability to the company! If they’re smart they’ll let her go asap. Look at the time stamp guys! You lost my business today and I will not be calling back ever..Good riddance!!

  Wilson is contracted by my builder to fix some warranty work. I’m not impressed. When they do show up it takes them multiple trips to fix things. That’s when they actually show up. What usually happens is they don’t show up as scheduled and don’t call. When I get to make a choice about who to call for roofing it won’t be them.

  Wilson Roofing did a great job with the actual work order portion of the contract. However, they were absolutely terrible to communicate with. I called saying I wanted a basic tuneup and asked for the quote to be sent over. The information never got sent to me and I called a week later and when it did there were errors in the contract, no big deal we all make mistakes. Then scheduling a time for them to come out was confusing. They said they would come at one time and ended up coming a few days earlier. I was notified of this via a text saying they had completed my request and an invoice in my email. We requested proof that they actually did the work as we were home and didn’t see anyone come by.This took two weeks of phone tag, voice mails, etc to obtain. I’m sure they are a great company and their work seems to be substantial. I strongly disliked their communication style or lack there of and it made getting my roof fixed more stressful.

  If we would have been able to choose a roofing company (it went through the previous homeowner's insurance) I would not have picked Wilson Roofing. Recently, we had a maintenance man over for an unrelated contract, and he found the carbon monoxide vent for the water heater completely disengaged. He was able to somewhat secure it but advised it needs a more permanent fix. This means since we moved in in late June of this year, we have been breathing in carbon monoxide as we use the garage as a gym. When I called to have them fix this on Nov 2nd, the rep was unapologetic and did not have any sense of urgency. Someone finally reached out on Nov 17th and had no idea why he was coming. Upon arrival, he said it looked fine, and I told him it wasn't. He then looked more closely and said the vent is bent and they will need to fix it. We had another crew come out on Nov 22nd, again totally unaware of what was going on, and said it looked fine. I told him that the previous guy said that something would need to be done. I'm not sure what they did as they left without telling me, and my garage door was left wide open. Update 11/29/2023 - I would have understood that had there been any level of customer service or communication when I initially called or anytime throughout the process.

  Hi Mrs. Coronado, when you called us to look at the pipe after your reroof, we were slammed with emergency calls from that week of rain (after the hail storm). The department your lead was sent to had a wait time of 2-3 weeks. We understand this is not ideal, and we're always working to bring our lead times down during serious weather events. We did fix the issue within 1-2 days after we reached out to you. If you have questions regarding this job, please reach back out and we're happy to provide more details. We apologize for the delay, and I made our VP of Operations aware of this situation so they can work with the appropriate parties to prevent this from happening in the future.

  Changed price of repairs after they got started with no discussion of price change beforehand.

  Hi John, we're so sorry you've had this experience with us. I looked into your job and it seems that upon starting the work, our field team member found additional repairs needed. The additional work was performed without informing our office team, which was a mistake. We discounted half of the additional work, because of this mistake. This situation was on us, as we bid incorrectly and would never (typically) start additional work that wasn't in the original bid. I informed our VP of operations and everyone involved so we can prevent this from happening in the future. We will be reaching out to you regarding this. We're truly sorry that you've had this experience as it's so outside of our norm and does not meet our standards.

  I believe I got a fair price. Wilson executed per plan. The teams on site were professional. I was concerned about the older solar array that had to be removed and reset. This was well done per plan and appears to be working perfectly. No headaches. Done.

  My experience with Wilson's has been wonderful! Right from the beginning to the very end was a very positive experience. They were the last that I received a proposal from. Garrett was very professional but he just sat down and talked like a normal person. No high pressure sale. That was a delightful change from the rest. The quote was very reasonable, and the fact that they have been in business for 50 years and guarantee 30 years on the roof got my business. They were very protective of everything from gutters to plants. The guys that removed the old roof and replaced it were very courteous, experienced and incredibly hard workers. No one left until all the trash had been disposed of and the yard swept for nails. The best part is how beautiful the roof is and the wonderful job of matching the brick and trim work. I would highly recommend them!!

  Great service and pricing! Wilson Roofing helped me with 2 roof repairs (wind damage in North Austin) and 1 full roof replacement. They were prompt in their communication, and I believe they were very transparent with their suggested services and prices. They were helpful in dealing with my insurance as well and gave me advice on how to navigate my claims. Shout outs to Daniel Oh who helped me setup services for all 3 jobs!

  Wilson did an excellent job replacing our roof. They were there from 7am to 7pm on a very hot day. The followup inspector was thorough and the person they sent out to finish up the punchlist items did a fine job of getting it all done with excellent communication. Everyone we worked with from Wilson was professional and helpful.
