  After coming out and doing a careful roof inspection and estimate, Brandon took time to clearly explain what my roofing system needed. The house had a full tear-off because there were two layers of old shingles already in place from the previous owner. They also found a lot of damaged wood, and the crew replaced all the rotted sections in the roof decking, eave boxing, and fascia around the home so everything was solid again. Brandon also suggested adding a powered attic fan, and that was a very helpful recommendation. Since having it installed, it has improved attic ventilation and helped lower my energy costs during the warmer months in Radford. On the scheduled day, the crew showed up early and got right to work. They were professional, efficient, and careful throughout the whole roofing project. The crew did excellent work on the roof replacement and related exterior repairs, and the finished job looks strong, clean, and well done. After reading strong reviews, i made the call, and david arranged for a quick roof inspection. the team came out promptly, looked over the problem areas, and gave me a fair estimate for the roof repair work. Tanner and the crew got started right away and handled everything in a very professional way. They removed and hauled off multiple layers of worn-out roofing, fixed the rotten and damaged sections of the wood decking, added proper insulation, and installed a brand new torch-down roof system. From Grant handling the roof inspection, meeting with the insurance adjuster, and helping us understand the claim process, to Brandon and the office team keeping us updated on scheduling and every small detail, the whole experience was smooth and well organized. Tanner stopped by before the install to make sure everything was fully prepared and confirmed that every detail was covered before the roofing crew arrived. He also took the time to give nearby homeowners a heads up about the normal noise and traffic that can come with a full roof job, which we really appreciated. On install day, Tanner led a hardworking crew that stayed focused through a long day. Our project included a lot of roof deck wood replacement and the removal of two dormers, so it was a big job. Even so, the crew worked efficiently, stayed professional, and treated our home with care. My wife was especially impressed by how respectful, kind, and courteous everyone was throughout the process.   i highly recommend this roofing company. We were having a hard time getting our insurance company to approve a full roof replacement, and at first they only wanted to cover a small shingle repair. david and his crew stayed on it, kept in touch with the insurance adjuster, and explained that the existing shingles were no longer available in the right size and color for a proper match. After a lot of follow-up, the claim was approved for a complete roof replacement. The whole roofing process was smooth and professional. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and handled the tear-off and installation with care. We left town for a trip and came back to a brand new roof, a spotless driveway, and a clean yard with no debris left behind.   i found a local roofing company in Radford after a google search when strong wind and heavy rain led to water dripping from the ceiling near my hallway. At first i thought the gutters might be overflowing, but after i checked the attic and saw wet roof decking and soaked insulation, it was clear this was a real roof leak. i was pretty stressed because the drywall stain kept spreading and i could hear water dripping during the storm. Their crew came out quickly, inspected the roof, and pointed out lifted asphalt shingles along with failed flashing around a vent pipe. They also found a few soft areas beginning near a roof valley, so i was glad they caught it early before it turned into a bigger issue. They replaced the roof on our older home in Radford, and the house had several old roofing layers built up over time, including multiple asphalt shingle layers and extra material over the back flat roof section. The roof had gone too long without proper care, which led to leaks, damaged decking, wood rot, and even birds and squirrels getting into problem areas. We also had a chimney that was falling apart.   Williams Brothers Roof Repair was great to work with. David and his roofing crew put a new roof on our home, and after a past exterior project for us, we felt confident hiring them again. We were very happy with the results both times, and the pricing felt fair and competitive. The crew worked very hard on the roof and stayed polite and professional the whole time. They kept noise to a minimum, respected our property, and left the job site just as clean as when they arrived. Even with the hot Radford weather, they stayed focused and kept the project moving. When rain showed up in the forecast, they adjusted their schedule and worked late to make sure the wood decking was kept dry before finishing the shingle installation the next day. They also did a great job protecting the area around the house. A large trailer was placed in the driveway to catch old roofing material, and big tarps were spread out around the home and deck to collect debris. After the roof work was done, they used a blower to clean off the new roof, gutters, and deck. We are very pleased with our new roof and the full roofing service from start to finish.
