We had a very up and down time with Crockett. First I want to say the work was done well and we are very happy with the job now that it is completed. We had Hardy board siding added to a small section of our house and it looks great now. The issues we had was communication with the group. To be fair to Crockett my wife and I are busy people so getting onto our schedule is not always easy but multiple times we were surprised by phone calls of them showing up at our house unannounced or dropping stuff off. Each time we asked for this to stop but this never happened. Even on the final touch up we were unaware that they were showing up so we could not show them some interior issues we found after further inspection so had to continue to wait for this long and honestly stressful process to be over with them. The interior was fixed after some time but could have been completed had we been communicated with so we could be home to let the crew in. I would not recommend using this group if you like to stay informed about your home projects and if you like to keep a schedule. They will keep you on your toes and at some points it will feel like you are the one doing the work.

The Crockett crew replaced our 40 year old peeling wood siding with top grade vinyl at a good price. When we pointed out a slight error in the installation it was corrected immediately. We would not hesitate to hire them for any project around our home.

We really enjoyed this process from start to finish. Clear, fair pricing, honest assessments of timetables, workers who did thorough work - solving issues on the spot (after consultation!), keeping the work area clean so we could still live and function. Mark, George and Oleg all answered texts promptly and addressed any concerns we had. We would use them again in a heartbeat and plan to recommend them to anyone who wants a thorough and honest job. Thanks Crockett for improving our home and our lives!

Crockett Home Improvement responded promptly after we asked for an estimate. All details were explained clearly and work began sooner than we expected. The crew building the deck were excellent at their job, kept us informed throughout the process, and went above and beyond in working with us.

Highly recommend Crockett Home Improvement after completing reconstruction projects due to water damage on wood floors & garage ceiling. Mr. Crockett was very dependable, professional, made sure he supervised all contractors & subcontractors. He was always a phone call or text away. We were very satisfied with all work done, and look forward to working with George in the near future on other updates and renovations in our home. He made the whole process so much easier for us!

Mr. Crockett came to our home and provided us with a very competitive quote. His team came and installed gutter guards and soffit vents. The entire staff was very professional and excellent to work with. I would highly recommend them for any repairs, upgrades or remodeling needs anyone would have. I will definitely be using Crockett Home Improvements again in the near future.
