I am very happy with the roofing service I received in Blacksburg. Eric was professional, thorough, and easy to work with from start to finish. He used video to show me the condition of my roof and clearly explained why a full roof replacement was the best option. I also compared pricing with three other roofing contractors for the same shingles and warranty, and this company offered the best value. Throughout the roof installation, progress photos were taken so I could see the work being done step by step. After the new roof was finished, Eric returned for a full inspection and walk-through. He took additional pictures and video of the completed roofing work and made sure everything looked right and was installed properly. What stood out most was the customer care after the job was done. After I had some large tree branches trimmed over my home, I heard a loud noise when one came down and wanted to be sure the roof was still in good shape. I reached out, and Eric came back out promptly to inspect the shingles and roof surface. He recorded another video so I could clearly see that there was no damage. He even removed a few small sticks and leaves from the roof while he was there, which I really appreciated. The whole experience was smooth, honest, and well handled. The communication was clear, the workmanship looked great, and the follow-up service gave me extra peace of mind. I am very satisfied with the roofing work and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement, roof inspection, or general roofing services in Blacksburg.

Wow! Garcia & Sons Roofing & Remodeling has consistently done excellent roofing work for us, including a complete shingle roof replacement on a previous home. This time, they handled a full cedar shake roof replacement and installed properly sized new gutters on our current home in Blacksburg. From the first planning call and clear estimate to the quick scheduling, on-time material delivery, efficient roof installation, respectful crew, and thorough cleanup, everything was outstanding. They understood what our home needed and made the whole roofing process smooth and stress-free. We have gladly recommended them to neighbors because you can trust their experience, craftsmanship, and professional roofing expertise. Great job!

This roofing company is honest, dependable, and fairly priced. I needed a roof replacement after my old roof had worn out, and the whole process took about three weeks from start to finish, mainly because I was waiting on the shingle style …

eric and his roofing crew are first rate and worthy of a full recommendation. we own a historic older building that needed new gutters and fascia, and the installation was a tough roofing job because the property is very tall at three stories. his team did a phenomenal job working through every challenge the building presented and handled the gutter and trim work with real skill and care. i cannot say enough good things about the quality of the workmanship, the communication, and the overall roofing service. the whole project turned out great, and i am very happy with the results.

johnathan recently replaced the roof on our house in Blacksburg, and we are very happy with the way it turned out. he came by to inspect and measure the roof the same day i called, and i received a detailed quote by email shortly after. i was not sure about a few roofing options, but eric answered all my questions clearly and gave me helpful choices for every part of the project, including shingles, materials, and overall roof design. he also brought color samples so i could compare shingle styles and pick the best look for our home. On installation day, the roofing crew arrived early, worked efficiently, and finished the job the same day. They paid close attention to detail, and the new roof looks strong, clean, and professionally installed. They also did an excellent job with cleanup, making sure the yard and driveway were left neat when the work was done. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, the whole roofing process felt smooth and well organized. This was the second home we have had re-roofed by this team, and based on both experiences, they would absolutely be our first call again for any future roofing work, roof replacement, or shingle repair needs.

Garcia & Sons Roofing & Remodeling stands out from other roofers I’ve dealt with. They were honest and did not push repairs that were not needed. I had a leak over my front porch, and instead of telling me to replace the entire roof, Johnathan and Eric recommended repairing only the damaged section of roofing and decking. Since my roof was older, I was concerned about how it would look, but they matched the shingles very well and the repair blends in so nicely that it is hard to notice any work was done. They explained the roofing process clearly, focused on the problem area, and gave a practical solution that saved me money. I really appreciate their fair approach, quality workmanship, and attention to detail. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would.

Eric did an amazing job on our roof repair. He responded very quickly, kept in touch the whole time, and was very professional. He replaced several ridge cap shingles that had blown off during a storm and even sealed a few other problem spots without being asked. He clearly knows roofing work well and pointed out a few areas that may need attention later. The price was much better than other roofing quotes we received, and the service was much faster too. We reached out one afternoon and he was there the next morning. I highly recommend this roofing company for honest, reliable, and skilled roof service.

I hired a roofing team for urgent repairs on a commercial TPO roof after leaks started around several HVAC penetrations, even though they were not the original roof installer. They performed a very detailed roof inspection, explained the problem clearly, and gave me thorough reports with practical repair options. They were easy to reach, answered questions quickly, and stayed responsive throughout the process, which made a stressful roofing issue much easier to manage. After speaking with several roofing contractors, this crew stood out for their professionalism, strong knowledge of commercial flat roofing systems, and honest recommendations. Their findings matched what other large roofing vendors had said, but their approach was more clear, cost-conscious, and focused on long-term performance. They suggested effective repairs that made sense for the roof system and the budget. They moved fast to handle the leak issue, scheduled the work quickly, and finished ahead of the expected timeline. The repair work around the penetrations and problem areas was done with great care, and they shared before-and-after photos so I could see the quality of the workmanship. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and well managed. I am very glad I chose them for this commercial roofing repair and would strongly recommend them to anyone needing reliable TPO roof leak repair or flat roof service.
