  Best choice was the worse choice I could have made! Gave me a quote for roof and gutter repair! Signed the contract gave them a down payment then heard nothing from them. Had to call to see when the work would be done and then was told the estimator was incorrect that they do not replace the gutters on the damaged part that I would have to replace the whole house! I stated that they were in breach of contract to which they replied “ I know” Be advised You’ve been warned!!!!!!

  Associate came out 11/4, inspected roof, advised that since roof was so old, he would put me in touch with someone who repaired older roofs. Evidently felt the company would not be willing to take on my roof. And since I'm on SS, I cant afford a $15,000 roof. Never heard anything. Called and texted office several times, nothing. These people don't follow up and evidently are not interested in helping anyone who cannot afford a high priced roof.

  This is not even a real company. Have reached out to BBB and plan to get an attorney involved at this point. It has been a year and a half since the roof was replaced. What I am about to say will seem hard to believe. First of all our roof was dated but did not leak one bit. They knocked on our door to tell us that they could get our insurance company to replace our roof for us. After they replaced the roof we had 2 major leaks. One as soon as you walk in and another over top of our master bedroom and hallway. They replaced the wood on my roof and covered our exhaust vent for our gas furnace! (Major safety issue) We paid extra in our contract for them to put siding on a vertical portion on our roof and they put shingles instead which have of course fallen off. We have been in contact with them and every time they are scheduled to come out and look at it that person quits or gets fired. Have dealt with 4 different people that “handle this” but nothing is ever done. I would not recommend this company to anyone they do not know how to do roofing, they do not have workmanship, quality control or customer service. They are a scam company that pays people to go door to door to commit insurance fraud and then they put a few shingles on so they can collect their check and go to the next house. Our roof is so bad that one of their own employees that goes door to door knocked and tried to tell us they could replace our roof bc of its condition. You should have seen the look on his face when we told him his company just did this roof last year. To top it off once again we never heard a word from anyone from this “company” about fixing any of it. See the attached photos of the roof job AFTER completion!!!

  Best experience yet as far as a contractor doing a roof inspection. He was very well informative and versed in how he explained, in detail, the process of everything his company represents. He answered all of our questions efficiently and effectively. It was a pleasure conducting business with him and we look forward to his return when our adjuster comes out.   Needed some shingles replaced. They had someone come out the same day I called and was reasonably priced compared to other companies who wanted to call me back but were quoting me $8,000 to replace my entire roof instead. Very satisfied with the work and cleanup.

  JD Sutphin came out and took a look at my roof and quickly identified all of the problem areas. He explained every part to me so I could understand as someone with no knowledge of roofing. He even called my insurance company and filed the claim for me, and has made this experience smooth and stress free. Did I mention the inspection was completely free? I can’t wait to continue working with him as the process progresses! I highly recommend Best Choice Roofing, and working with JD!

  He was very thorough and explained everything in detail, stayed on phone while talking to the Insurance Claim. Gave is all the pictures and explained about the shingles and all the damages from the wind and hail damage. I would likely to tell other people about this and was satisfied with Chad King explaining down to the detail.The Roofing Company he works for need more like Chad to sit down and talk with people and explain everything and breaking down how things work.
