I worked with Kai on an insurance claim after our roof was badly damaged by a hail storm. Henry Family Roofing Llc was attentive, on time, and very skilled from start to finish. They answered every question clearly, explained the roofing and gutter process in simple terms, and made everything easy to understand. The crew was friendly, easy to talk to, and never pushy or salesy. I compared a few roofing companies, and their price for a full roof and gutter replacement was right in the middle, which felt fair for the level of workmanship and service. The whole job was smooth, stress free, and well organized. They paid attention to detail, kept communication open, and delivered strong quality work. I highly recommend them because their customer care and roofing quality stand above the cheaper options.

I do not usually leave reviews unless there is a problem, but this roofing work deserves real credit. Henry Family Roofing Llc did an outstanding job for me, and I have hired many roofers for different properties over time. Their roofing …

Henry Family Roofing Llc did an excellent job on my new roof and gutters. Clarence was with me through the whole roofing project and kept me updated every step of the way. He even sent progress photos while I was away, which gave me real peace of mind. The roofing crew was clean, polite, and careful with the details, and they also took care of a few small extra repairs. I really felt taken care of from start to finish, not just like another job. The work looks great, the gutters came out nice, and the whole process was smooth and professional. I highly recommend them for roofing services.

10/10 great roofing experience with Henry Family Roofing Llc. I called for an estimate, and they came out that same afternoon with fair pricing, several metal roofing color choices, and a clear schedule for materials and installation. The crew was a little short staffed on install day, but they still stayed organized and finished the roof by noon. A little later, we noticed a small leak, so we called and Clarence came out the same day to inspect it. He returned the next day and took care of the repair himself. Since then, even with several rainy days, the roof has held up perfectly with no issues. They were responsive, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them for roofing work, repairs, or a full roof replacement.

We had used this roofing company before for roof and gutter work and were very pleased, so we called again for a roof inspection at our home in Shawsville. The inspector, Kai, was helpful and easy to work with, and the new roof was scheduled and installed quickly. The roofing crew worked fast, stayed organized, and did a great job with cleanup, even putting our empty trash cans back behind the gate. The new roof looks excellent and really improved the appearance of our home. We also appreciated the good pricing, including discounts offered during the inspection and for being a returning customer. They recently completed new gutter installation as well, and that job was finished efficiently and looks just as good. From the roof inspection to the roof replacement and gutter work, everything was handled professionally, and the results have been outstanding for our home in Shawsville.

My wife and I have had several great experiences with Henry Family Roofing LLC. Lucas helped us with a full roof replacement, new skylights, and repairs to our portico, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. We were so happy with the roofing work and overall craftsmanship that we also had the house painted and a few windows replaced. Later, we came back for another project on our garage deck, and once again the crew did solid work with good attention to detail. Communication was always quick and clear, and Lucas answered our questions right away. He takes real pride in the job, keeps projects moving, and works with a dependable team that gets the work done the right way. It is hard to find a roofing contractor in Shawsville that is this consistent, professional, and easy to work with. We have also recommended them to family, and they were just as pleased with the results.

We were really stressed when we found a roof leak over our bedroom, but Clarence responded very quickly. He came out right away, inspected the roofing problem, and explained the repair work and pricing in a clear, simple way. The estimate was fair and even came in lower than another quote we had received. The crew was able to start fast, and by the next morning they were already taking care of the leak and getting the roof back in good shape. The whole roofing process was organized and professional. Everyone on the crew had a clear job, and the work moved smoothly from start to finish. It was easy to see they had experience with roof leak repair and knew how to handle everything the right way. We also appreciated how they kept us updated during the job so we knew what was happening. What impressed us most was how clean everything was when they finished. The crew wrapped up the roofing work, cleaned the yard thoroughly, and left no mess behind. It was like they were never there, except now the roof was fixed. We also received a strong warranty and a follow-up visit from Clarence to make sure we were happy with the results. It is rare to find a roofing company that is this honest, dependable, and well managed, and we would gladly recommend them to anyone in Shawsville who needs roof repair or replacement.

What a great place to get roofing supplies. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful from start to finish. I was looking for Energy Star rated shingles for a roofing project and had already checked a few other suppliers without getting clear answers. When I came in, they explained the options, the shingle type I needed, and the roofing details in simple terms that made the whole process easy to understand. Checkout was quick, pickup was smooth, and they even helped make loading the shingle bundles into my small car much easier than I expected. The return process was also simple and hassle free. It is hard to find a roofing supplier that gives this level of service, product knowledge, and support. If you need shingles, roofing materials, or solid advice for a project in Shawsville, this is a great place to go.

My mom’s house needed a new roof, so she got estimates from five different roofing contractors. One company tried to pressure her to decide that same day or the price would go up. I sat through several of the roof sales talks, and most of them sounded very similar, but my mom felt the most comfortable with this roofing team. They were very professional and stayed in steady contact from the first quote through the whole roofing project. The roof replacement was finished in one day, the crew protected the property, and there was no damage to the house. They also did a thorough cleanup when the job was done. The gutter installation was handled shortly after, and everything came together well. I later saw a negative review online, but our experience was completely different. The team was honest, easy to work with, and answered our questions clearly, including ownership and warranty details. So far the new roof looks great, and we would definitely recommend them for roofing and gutters.
