They did an amazing job on my roof, and it looks even better than i expected. i have already gotten a lot of compliments on the new shingles and the overall workmanship. Nathan and Jaime went above and beyond, listened to everything i wanted, and made sure the whole roofing project turned out right. The crew finished quickly, worked efficiently, and still paid close attention to detail. After the install, they cleaned up everything carefully, from the gutters to the loose nails around the property, and Jaime even checked the front and back yard again to make sure nothing was missed. The whole process was smooth, professional, and priced fairly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in Elliston who needs roof work done the right way, fast, and at a good value.

i hired a roofing company for my office building a while back and was really impressed with their professionalism, careful workmanship, and attention to detail. After the new roof was installed, they followed up with several roof inspections to make sure everything was sealed, finished, and performing the way it should. nathan was easy to work with, and his crew did excellent roofing work. More recently, I had a few problem spots around my chimney at home that started leaking during heavy rain. nathan came out, checked the flashing and surrounding shingles, explained the issue clearly, and gave me a very fair quote. The roofing crew arrived quickly and completed the repair with great quality. They fixed the leak areas, handled the job efficiently, and left everything clean when they were done. I really appreciate having a roofer I can trust for both commercial roofing and residential roof repair. If I ever need another repair, chimney flashing work, or a full roof replacement, i will definitely call them again. i highly recommend them for anyone needing dependable roofing service.

I want to thank Clark Family Roof Repair for the excellent work on my new roof in Elliston. Nathan went above and beyond after storm damage affected my shingles. I first contacted my insurance company, and the adjusters only wanted to approve a limited shingle repair, which was not enough for the actual condition of the roof. Nathan worked closely with me and the insurance team, explained the roofing issues clearly, and pushed for a proper solution. To help prove the damage, he had a shingle tested after seeing that it cracked in spots when removal was attempted, showing that a simple repair would not hold up. That extra effort made a big difference, and the insurance company finally agreed that a full roof replacement was the right option. Once the weather was right, we set an install day and everything went smoothly. The roofing crew was outstanding, organized, fast, and professional from start to finish. They completed the roof installation in just a few hours, kept the job moving like a well-trained team, and cleaned up the property very well when they were done. The new roof looks great, and I was impressed with the whole process. I would definitely recommend them for roof replacement or any roofing work.

We had gutter helmet guards put on by a company that later closed, and Clark Family Roof Repair stepped in to keep the service going and honor the warranty support. When we noticed a problem with the gutters and roof drainage, I called and got an appointment set up right away. Nathan and Jaime showed up on time, were friendly, professional, and worked efficiently. They checked the gutter guard system, found the issue, fixed it, and clearly explained what caused it. They also gave us helpful tips on keeping the gutters flowing properly, preventing clogs around the roofline, and knowing when to schedule maintenance in Elliston. I was very happy with the service and would gladly use them again for gutter, roofing, or drainage work. If you need dependable help with gutter guards or related roof services, they are a great choice.

I had my roof and siding replaced this summer, and the whole process went very smoothly from the estimate to the final installation. When Nathan came out to look at the job, he stood out because he focused on what was needed to install the roofing system and siding the right way. He explained roof ventilation, ice and water shield, drip edge, and how each part would be placed on the house for strong protection and long-term performance. He also mentioned fair pricing, but his main focus was the quality of the roof work itself, not just the cost. The roofing crew and siding crew were both professional, hardworking, and easy to talk to. They arrived on schedule, worked efficiently, and finished on time. The workmanship on both the roof and siding looked excellent, and they cleaned up the property very well after the job. With a project of this size, a little debris can happen, but there was much less than I expected. One thing I really appreciated was the honesty from the siding crew, led by Jaime. On the first day, Jaime pointed out that part of the soffit might need to be replaced because of how the old siding had been installed. I approved the added work just in case. The next day, the crew was able to remove the old material carefully without damaging the soffit, which saved me that extra cost. That extra effort and attention to detail showed me they cared about doing the job right and treating me fairly. Overall, I am very happy with the roof and siding work and would recommend them to anyone needing roofing or exterior home services.

We had an older roof leak that caused a lot of damage, and the roofing crew came out the next day and started the repair right away. They removed part of our concrete roof tile system down to the decking because the wood underneath had become rotted. After that, they replaced the damaged sub-roof area, put the roof tiles back in place, and completed the whole job in just one day. jaime and the team were very friendly, skilled, and easy to talk to, and they explained the roofing work in simple terms. the price was very fair, the cleanup was neat, and the finished roof repair looks solid and professional. i would gladly use them again for any future roofing needs, and i would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or tile roof work.

We had an ongoing roof leak at the corner where our living room addition ties into the main roof, and we thought it had already been repaired by others. After another strong rain in Elliston, the leak got worse and we noticed a fresh water stain forming on the dining room ceiling. I searched for a local roofing contractor and contacted Clark Family Roof Repair. They scheduled us quickly, arrived on time, inspected the problem area, and clearly explained that the issue was coming from the flashing and roof connection in that section. The repair was completed the very next day, and since then we have had more steady rain with no more leaking and no new ceiling damage. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Nathan was courteous, responsive, and easy to work with, and the crew did solid roofing work at a fair price. It was also helpful to learn they handle many exterior home repair needs beyond roofing. We were very pleased with the workmanship, communication, and overall value, and we would gladly call again for future roof repair or related work on our home.

i was worried about my roof, so i reached out to a local roofing company in elliston for a free roof inspection. i let nathan know that i wanted an honest opinion about my roof’s condition. after checking things out, nathan told me, “you asked for the truth, and honestly, you need a new roof.” that’s how my roofing project got started. what could have been a stressful process turned out to be really smooth thanks to the whole team. from my first call for the inspection, signing the proposal, setting up the financing, and even the scheduling—which ended up happening three weeks earlier than i expected—everything was handled really well. taking off the old shingles, installing the new roof, cleaning up, fixing the gutters, and even putting in a new back door all went without a hitch. the crew worked together seamlessly and everyone i talked to was friendly and professional. i really appreciated all the help from jaime, nathan, duane, and the rest of the team who made the whole project easy for me. the roofers and gutter guys did a great job too. i highly recommend this company in elliston for roofing and related work like siding, windows, and doors. they might not be the cheapest, but the quality and service are definitely worth it. you really get what you pay for.
