  They keep you waiting for looongggg time to get you on schedule. So we cannot plan anything related to roof repair. Been following up since July storm and after approving the quote from my side. No updates from them ever. They need some collaborative communication training.

  Mr. Wulf, to prevent condensation the attic space needs air flow, your attic does not have air flow. The soffits let air in, and the vents on the roof let air out. Since we never worked on your soffits, which are clearly not functioning properly, we do not take responsibility for them. If they were functioning, you would not have any issues during the winter with condensation. Regarding the felt paper concern. Like a balloon, air barriers only work when there are no holes in them to let air out. You have numerous holes at the peak of your roof (vents) to let air out. This is not, and never has been the problem. We have tried in good faith multiple times to show you this.   Josh scheduled an appointment with me to look at roof damage I had from a skylight. The day of the inspection no one showed. I had to call their office after waiting for an hour. The receptionist told me Josh was on vacation and did not set up the appointment with anyone else. I agreed to reschedule the next day. The next day another guy called and asked if he could be 45 minutes late as I was on my way to meet him. They lost out on a job because of this. I need to make sure they are organized enough to do the work and be respectful of my time.

  Needed gutter replacement. First I had to leave a message to get estimate. Someone called me back 4 days later to set up appointment 3 days from then. That person never showed up and didn’t even call. If I could leave zero stars I would. It would be nice to have some much business, you can blow off the little things. Update: I was contacted after this review and they did apologize for their confusion. I do appreciate the honesty.

  We're so appreciative of Brent's comments, because finding out where the ball was dropped is one way to help us identify places where we can improve. Due to an unfortunate miscommunication at our end, we didn't get him called back right away. We must have been crossing paths when Brent's comments were shared, because we did get there to paper over the spot of the leak the day these comments were posted (to prevent future leaks while he got a repair bid) -- but the rain had kept us from being able to be on the roof more quickly. For that, and the initial communication mishap, we sincerely apologize. Brent, a token of our appreciation for helping us identify a communication breakdown (and of our apologies for not meeting your expectations OR our own) are in the mail to you, and we have learned from this to better prevent any future miscommunications.

  Incredible company! From estimate to cleanup, this was a very easy/ no stress process. They had a gentleman (Ty) here within 48 hours for estimates, (extremely professional and knowledgeable), and the crew here within 2 weeks! The crew showed up when they said they would, tore off, rebuilt, and shingled my home in one day. They cleaned up so well you couldn't tell there was work done, except for my fantastic new roof. My home looks beautiful!! I can't wait to get it painted now. I would 10/10 recommend White Castle Roofing. Make the call, you won't regret it.

  Jordan N. has managed 2 projects at my house over the past couple of years - one on some failed flashing, and another to add appropriate ventilation throughout my attic space. Both me and my house are breathing a lot better this summer! He is great to work with and the rest of the crew does well.

  White Castle replaced my roof and gutter and everyone did a great job. The sales rep, Ty Ottoson, was very knowledgeable and maintained very good communication with us throughout the whole process. The installation team did a high-quality job and paid attention to detail. Liz and Amy in the scheduling department also did an excellent job. From getting the estimate to everything done, it only took about two weeks.
